One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Although it is located in the center of Porto Alegre, there is no noise. Guests respect the noise limit in the corridors. The hotel offers covered parking, an excellent breakfast and very clean and tidy rooms. The reception staff are super attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Hotel muito bom, quarto espaçoso e confortável, banheiro ótimo e instalações muito boas de modo geral. O café da manhã é ótimo com atendimento impecável pelos funcionários com quem tivemos contato. Estivemos hospedados por alguns dias no período de inundações na cidade e apesar dos problemas enfrentados o atendimento foi perfeito com uma comunicação clara e direta da gerência com os hóspedes.

Única vantagem é a localização próxima do Complexo da Santa Casa em Porto Alegre. Mas, infelizmente, localiza-se em região de alto risco na capital gaúcha. Procure andar na rua sempre com cuidado. Não tem restaurante e nas proximidades nada que valha a pena. Quartos de baixa qualidade,,principalmente roupa de cama. Não tem acomodação para os hóspedes na recepção.
