Ótimo custo benefício! O atendimento da equipe da recepção é muito bom! O quarto acomoda tranquilamente um casal. Infelizmente não há frigobar na maioria dos quartos, o que me causou surpresa é um gastinho a mais. Porém o atendimento de quarto foi muito eficiente. Em resumo, eu me hospedaria novamente.

The place is beautiful, close to a lot of things. It has been the best equipped kitchen I have seen to today, it has even a drinker. The rooms in common are wonderful. I didn't use the kitchen for any preparation, because my stay was only two days, but it's very complete, the place is very young and with a futuristic footprint. The staff is not behind, they are all in a position, because they are all educated, gentle and requested. They are not ”intoxicated” and limited to their work, they talk to us and still give tips about the city, especially the night (I unfortunately don't remember the name, but we talk about the boat trip of Guaíba and Criciuma, I was not in the room I reserved for retirement, but we were re-allocated to a different (better by signal) but that did not affect anything, on the contrary. If you travel for fun, then the price and the enviromento is fine.But if you travel for business, this is one of the worst hotel I have experience, the receptionist has really bad atitude, they dont speak english and they descriminate foreigners. Second, they dont know how to make an invoice correctly with the CNPJ. They misspelled the name or not putting the whole adress correctly. And when i ask to change, they complain and give a bad atittude. I will not reserve this hotel for any of my clientes anymore. If the hotel wants to grow, the receptionists need to receive proper training once in a while. But

Chegamos na madrugada. A pessoa que estava na recepção nos deu o melhor quarto do hotel e informou o horário do café da manhã. Todavia, o melhor quarto já é ruim. Colchão duro. Travesseiros baratos e desestruturados. O chão estava sujo!! Todo riscado. Mas o pior foi que a Recepcao informou errado o horário do café da manhã e quando chegamos estava fechado. Reclamamos e a recepcionista do dia disse que o restaurante era terceirizado é que deveríamos NÓS MESMOS tentar que reabrissem o café. Como foi o Hotel que causou o problema, reclamei e então foram pedir ao terceirizado que reabrisse o café. O rapaz do restaurante foi gentil, reabriu e colocou alguns itens na nossa mesa (o buffet já havia sido retirado). Não obstante a gentileza do rapaz, o café é horrível. Suco industrializado doce e cheio de conservantes. Paes e bolos de má qualidade. Só o que estava tragável era o mamão. Enfim, não dá pra tomar café da manhã no hotel.
