Property in excellent location, beautiful swimming pool. Very poor three-star room and certainly not 4. View non-existent, the window faced a wall and they pass it off as a superior room. Very small bathroom with shower with broken fabric curtain, you couldn't even lift the toilet seat because it touched the toilet paper holder. Bedspread with two stains, very old and uncomfortable mattress with springs. The worst thing was the smell of deodorant in the room, probably to cover some odor that made it difficult to sleep, plus they decided to spray it in the air conditioner too. 22 inch mini TV. Safe present but not working, asked for repairs at reception but nothing. The guy at the reception was very haughty and rude, while the girls were kinder. The only positive note was the price, very cheap but because it was May, in August the prices for the room and services were exorbitant. In any case, I do not recommend the structure, there is better nearby. Breakfast €20 to be paid extra

Personale all’accoglienza molto preparato ed accogliente. Posizione veramente ottima. Cibo di alta qualità. Personale del ristorante estremamente preparato e disponibile. Colazione molto varia e abbondante. Unica nota dolente la camera (almeno nella nostra soluzione) , praticamente sprovvista di finestre (sia in bagno , che nella camera). Occorrerebbe una zanzariera per valorizzare la porta finestra.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia a fine giugno 2024. Struttura molto grande e molto curata: giardini, piscina e spazi comuni. Degna di nota l'ottima professionalità dello staff all'accoglienza, disponibili e cortesi. In particolar modo Grazia che seppur molto giovane è stata impeccabile e competente: ci ha fornito molte informazioni sulle migliori spiagge, su come raggiungerle e i locali in cui cenare prenotando anche per noi! Ottima colazione, abbondante e varia, sia dolce che salata. Bella e grande la piscina super pulita! Unica pecca l'umidità e il conseguente odore in camera dovuto al clima di questi giorni.

After a careful research we decided to go to Colonna county club. We couldn’t do better choice. The location is very nice, the hotel has everything and it has the best value/price in Porto Cervo. However the thing that really we won’t be able to forget is the customer service level which was outstanding. I’m very hard to please person but Colonna county club staff, especially Marco Riccio, the front desk manager went extra mile in order to make our experience unforgettable. I was in touch with Marco through email before to get there and he made sure to accommodate me in all my requests and once I got there all the team was fantastic. We will definitely go back! Ancora grazie mille Marco!
