신상호텔로 화장실과 욕실 매우 넓고, 침구도 너무 포근했어요!
위치도 맛집, 렐루서점, 클라리우스 성당 등등 도보 10분 컷!
치안도 매우 좋아서 추천합니다.

Location is excellent. It's walking distance to most attractions, shops and restaurants. Rooms are relatively small but it's understandable due to its central location. Buffet breakfast is however not too worth mentioning.

It is a relatively good hotel in Europe. It is very clean and quiet. The front desk is very friendly. The Imperial Eagle McDonald's Hotel is downstairs. All the downtown attractions in Porto are very close and convenient.

good hotel and location.
Room was small and abit tight and the layout was awkward.
I asked for more coffee capsules and they said they only give upon check in and would cost me €10 for more which didn’t make sense, as I paid for 3 separate nights.

The service from the hotel staff was poor - we booked a city view room and when we asked for a room on a higher floor, they moved us to an internal room. At that time, the price of the internal room was cheaper than the city view room we booked. When we pressed, the employee explained that both rooms were the same. Overall, the front desk service is as mechanized as a process. The room cleaning is okay, but things are missing every day. What is more worrying is the air conditioning in the room, which cannot be adjusted at will. Sometimes it shuts down automatically. The movement of the wind is so small that you can barely feel it. The staff were all friendly and I was embarrassed that they didn't have hotel slippers, which are essential for Koreans, but they were provided right away when I asked for them.
When I asked for a wine opener in awkward English, they had the sense to ask first if I needed a glass! Haha.
Above all, the location is in the center of a tourist area, so if you get tired while walking around, you can come in for a while and take a break, so it was easier to travel than other cities.
The lobby decorated with cork was nice, and the scent that came out as soon as I entered made me feel at ease (even after bickering while traveling, I feel at ease).
The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it had all the basic 4-star ingredients, and most of all, the food was delicious. How on earth did they make button mushrooms that I'll still remember when I come to Korea?
If I could visit Porto again, I would 1000% visit again.
