Location is excellent. It's walking distance to most attractions, shops and restaurants. Rooms are relatively small but it's understandable due to its central location. Buffet breakfast is however not too worth mentioning.

good hotel and location.
Room was small and abit tight and the layout was awkward.
I asked for more coffee capsules and they said they only give upon check in and would cost me €10 for more which didn’t make sense, as I paid for 3 separate nights.

I had a very pleasant stay in Porto Royal Bridges Hotel.
The hotel is very close to Sao Bento train station, which is the city's centre, you can easily walk to any attractions from there.
My hotel room was very new and clean, so 5/5 cleanliness score.
The service was good. Although I accidentally booked a twin room, they helped me to convert my room into a double room when I requested it. Also, they provided room service very quickly.
There was a coffee machine in my room, which was very great. Also, they provided us with 1L of free water every day. They provide a wide range of amenities, so you should be able to find anything you can expect from a hotel.

It is a relatively good hotel in Europe. It is very clean and quiet. The front desk is very friendly. The Imperial Eagle McDonald's Hotel is downstairs. All the downtown attractions in Porto are very close and convenient.

This is the best hotel I saw while traveling in Europe for 6 months as an exchange student.
Price, location, cleanliness, facilities, friendliness, nothing is missing.
Perhaps because it is a relatively new hotel, the rooms are modern.
There is a refrigerator and they give you a 1L bottle of water.
The amenity bubbles really well and smells good, and it's not like hotel amenities.
The towels are soft and the bed is cozy and smells good.

The staff were all friendly and I was embarrassed that they didn't have hotel slippers, which are essential for Koreans, but they were provided right away when I asked for them.
When I asked for a wine opener in awkward English, they had the sense to ask first if I needed a glass! Haha.

Location is excellent, 1 minute walk from Sao Bento Station. All attractions are close by. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are good. The facilities are up-to-date, and the Wi-Fi works well and is convenient. The hot water comes out well and the water pressure is strong, and above all, drinking water is provided in a large water bottle. There is a Nespresso machine and capsules and a refrigerator in the room. Disposable slippers are not provided. I was very, very satisfied. One downside is that the air conditioner (for air conditioning and heating) is not free to adjust the temperature (central control - cannot set a certain temperature or higher), so it can be cold in winter.
