There are rooms for 3 people. The front desk staff is indifferent. The location is convenient. Parking costs 12eur.

Situado cerca de parada del metro está muy limpio y las personas que lo componen son atentas y serviciales. Muy recomendable en Porto.

Hotel was ideal for what we wanted. Ok breakfast could be better on the hot side but we found it ok. Staff really helpful. Ask for milk and extra tea bags for room as not enough. Nice eating place next door. We were on 6th floor at the front it could be a bit noisy but rooms were good. Cleaned each day. Don’t forget the 28€ city tax Close to supermarkets Yes you are a bit far out but get a Uber, most trips out under 6-8 euros. Took normal taxi to airport back 20€ Close to Boavista football ground and a short ride to FCPorto. Had 7 nights there.

If you care about location, this hotel is good for you. It's a 5 minutes walk from the subway. If you care about quality, then I would suggest you find another one. I stayed in this hotel for a week and I can tell you that the breakfast is not fresh. The bread, the croissants, even the eggs are suspicious. For a 4-star hotel, in a great location, I would have expected the bare minimum in food safety and quality. Also, sometimes they didn't take the trash when cleaning the room, and they clearly didn't vacuum it for a couple of days.

Very nice, modern and clean hotel in Boavista area of Porto. Room was very large and lovely bathroom with great shower. Staff at night were very friendly. Can get a Bolt ride into main downtown Porto easily . Would recommend. Bus was also close as was metro station.

Lovely Hotel, large rooms, clean, comfortable bed, nice pillows, and a quiet mini fridge. A good choice of breakfast items, very friendly staff in the Breakfast room, and also on reception. near to the Metro, and buses stop nearby. Also restaurants and cafes in the area. And a Lidl supermarket.

We enjoyed our stay at portus hotel. Arrived 12 and room was ready so they let us check in early which straight away made us very happy. Room spotless and bed made daily and fresh towels. Staff are also very friendly kind. Nothing too much trouble for us. Distance wise you can get the 502 bus outside the hotel straight into town. You can buy the atande tickets from the station at casa de Música. So location was not an issue for us. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anybody if coming to stay in Porto. PS check weather beforehand as it rained for the whole 4 days we was here non stop.

There are aspects of this hotel which do not merit its 4 star status. The breakfast is lacking and unimaginative. The fresh juice is anything but fresh. Poor choice of yoghurts and preserves. A real let down. On the positive side the reception staff are most helpful, especially Bruna. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location - at the time of writing there are lots of road repairs, so it’s all a bit noisy. But it is close to bus and metro routes which are cheap and easy to use.

I had a standard room on the sixth floor. The hotel is located within walking distance (about 700 m) from the Casa Da Musica metro station. The city center is a short metro ride away. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Refrigerator and kettle in the room. Good breakfast and quiet room. Good service. Good places to eat within walking distance, e.g. in Mercado Bom Sucesso. Easy to get from the airport, e.g. by metro. A three-day Andante Tourist Metro card costs 15 euros.

An initial problem of a double instead of twin beds was dealt with within the hour; and very comfortable it was, too. The room was clean with very good facilities. The shower room was perfect with hot water instantly. Breakfast room was bright and well attended and the variety was excellent. The staff were all polite and very helpful, indeed. The hotel itself was somewhat away from the tourist centre but there was plenty is places to eat like the Bon Success mercado which offered lots of different foods to pick from with excellent staff.

Great hotel very friendly staff who were very helpful with regards places to visit and restaurants for a great eating experience. The breakfast hear is amazing lots of choices. The hotel itself is located in a nice area with bus stops right outside the front entrance With numerous eating places nearby and a Lidl shopping place for groceries etc,Porto is a great place to visit with lots to see and do you must try a visit to the douro Valley and wineries.

We had a warm and helpful welcome before our stay here. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and breakfast was reasonable. The hotel is in the business district, but we didn’t get chance to explore the city as our flight was delayed for 24 hours and it ended up purely an overnight stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a very clean and spacious hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Lifts are strangely TINY The location is the issue with this hotel, especially if you want to explore Porto. It's about 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro stop and it takes some time to get into the city. If I were to visit Porto again I would opt for a more central hotel. Tip: Uber is very affordable in Porto! We took one to the train station on the other side of the city and it was under 10 euros for a 30 minute journey.
