Awesome location close to key attractions like the river front the Sao Bento station, the famous bridge. Very lively at night. Beautiful hotel!

Fantastic hotel. Thoroughly recommend. Perfect hotel for a city break in Porto: - Great location, 5 minute walk down to river and also situated on one of the main pedestrian streets for restaurants etc. Outside nice seating and super street singers. - Great service on reception. Always helpful and will do anything. Print tickets for museum or offer advice and give maps. In particular Cindy very kind. Recommended great authentic restaurant up the road. - Rooms very quaint and cute and comfortable. Very clean! - Breakfast nice choice and tasty

The location is ideal, the service up to par and the room very comfortable and very quiet, all 50 m from the sea. The breakfast is plentiful in the form of a western buffet 😀

Loved the hotel, was in a great area and the breakfast offered as option. The only issue was there was not a door which would close when using the vanity sink or shower. There was a door for the wash closet. Overall... Loved the experience.

Great hotel in the center of everything. Great base to explore as all the attractions are within a 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants to choose from as well.

Great location and great service, I really enjoy the buffet breakfast. The welcome port wine and egg tart are so lovely. Only minor thing is the lamp control in the room is not user friendly. There’s no electric charger beside the bed. Not sure is it the problem in my room only?

Lovely quaint hotel. It had all the features we needed and was in a great location. I would certainly recommend staying here. There was construction nearby for the new metro line that added a bit to the city noise during the day. It really wasn't a major inconvenience for us.

Second time I've visited this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the Ribiera district of Porto. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Like the service when we checked in and out. The buffett style breakfast was delicious. The location to historical Ribeira couldn't be beat!

The location and building are fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the entrance did not have a handrail and anyone with balance or mobility issues would struggle down the few steps without a rail. The room was compact and well designed but for the lighting. It was difficult to decide which button was for which light. The bathroom was complete with all you need but offered no privacy (no door) and that may put some people off. The toilet did have a door though. A beautifully designed room but not that functional. The breakfast offering was excellent.

This is a lovely hotel right in the middle of Porto. I had very quiet and clean room with very nice decoration. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to staying again.
