Affordable hotel in Porto, Portugal; friendly service staff, clean beds, and simple facilities. It’s a pity that we live in a windowless room; but there is air-conditioning in the room; the equipment for overnight accommodation is sufficient. There are drinking water vending machines in the lobby, and there are also supermarkets and souvenir shops nearby.

Located close to the city centre. Breakfast could have been better. Coffee was very good.. Rooms are clean. Air conditioner works fine. However, it would be more useful if there was more than one socket in the room. Tour buses leave right in front of the hotel, causing some noise. 3 min walk from Flixbus garage. The nearest metro is 10-15 minutes walking distance.

The staff was friendly and motivated. Convenient location easy to reach using public transport. It’s a shame that the heavy traffic causes a lot of annoying noise until late in the evening. Basic in so many ways: furniture and equipment (you won’t find any hairdryer). Wi-Fi connection was too weak, which actually made the service unavailable. A big issue for me! Consider planning a trip without any access to the web! The air conditioning wouldn’t work (another big issue!). The ventilation system in the windowless bathroom stopped working the very first night. My key kept demagnetising, which denied free access to my own room all the time. The breakfast was very simple and the same every morning with very few options to choose from. Generally speaking food is very poor in quality with pastries being microwaved several times, resulting in food that is scorching inside and melting outside. The price quality ratio is absolutely no good on the whole. It might be an acceptable option for a 1/2 days staying, not more if you don’t want to spoil your holidays

Well located, in the city center, good services, value for money, very attentive and helpful staff, nearby restaurants and parking arranged with the hotel, €15 per day. near the Luis bridge, and the banks of the Duero river, public transport at the door of the hotel.

An address to remember in Porto because this hotel is well located, close to the historic center, the train station and the Santa Catarina shopping street. It is possible to visit all the major sites on foot from the hotel. The welcome is perfect. The professionalism of Daniela and Carolina is perfect. They facilitate the procedures for a smooth stay. Amélia, very warm, takes care of the breakfast which is plentiful, varied and of good quality. The cleanliness is impeccable. This establishment has 65 rooms, with the only problem being too weak wifi. From the airport, it is possible to take a taxi which will take you to the front of the hotel for around 27 euros. In conclusion, you should not hesitate to book a room in this hotel.

Very kind and helpful staff. Good location to reach the center but terribly noisy due to the intense traffic. Basic furnishings as well as the equipment: sheets, towels, a detergent and 2 plastic cups. I can't forget the total absence of Wi-Fi connection, a huge problem for me, as well as the broken air conditioner. The extractor fan in the blind bathroom stopped working on the first night. The magnetic key kept demagnetizing itself. The breakfast is plentiful, but never varies and is very limited in choice options. However, we are talking about mediocre food heated in the microwave with endless cravings until it becomes scalding inside and muddy on the surface. Absolutely unbalanced and disadvantageous quality / price ratio. Not recommended.

The good situation The perfect reception super friendly! Correct rooms! bathroom good! The water in the showers leaks a bit. The breakfast is a bit scarce (a lot of sweets) only York ham and cheese. Salty, I lacked egg, bacon... something else

Excellent location very close to Rua Santa Catarina and the famous francesinha restaurants, also close to markets, the service is wonderful, very familiar, Amélia, Carolina and Rosa were simply incredible, they spare no effort for any situation, we feel very welcome. We have already stayed at the same hotel again and I was happy to see the girls again. I just missed a more varied breakfast, but everything else was great.

Clean hotel, and clean and tidy rooms with working heating or air conditioning. Excellent location one step away from everything. the staff very friendly and cordial. The attention 10/10. I recommend it.
