The aunt who cleaned the room was very nice and friendly, but the lady who checked in at the front desk had a very bad attitude! There is a feeling of looking down on people. I don’t even smile. Hotel di nuova costruzione, impeccabilmente pulito, in buona posizione. Personale attento alle esigenze del cliente ed ottima colazione. Non ho nulla da chiedere di più. Letto confortevole e silenzio hanno aiutato il riposo. Mi piacerebbe tornare.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Nothing to complain about except the car noise. Our room was facing the street and we were able to hear the noise all night.

The Porto City Hotel is a modern clean and comfortable hotel offering a good overall experience . It is a fair distance from the river and main Porto attractions so fair amount of walking can be involved and is uphill when returning.So maybe not suitable for some , but a good hotel none the less.
Not too bad for the shopping centre.
