The aunt who cleaned the room was very nice and friendly, but the lady who checked in at the front desk had a very bad attitude! There is a feeling of looking down on people. I don’t even smile. I frown all day long and I don’t say hello. I am very serious. When I say hello and smile to her, she hardly responds. It feels very rude! ! Hotel bem localizado, perto de um metro mais 10 a 15 min andando até as prinicpais atrações. Quarto com frigobar, cama bem confortável e tudo limpo! Staff atenciosa, meu check in foi dps da meia noite e não tive nenhum problema (avisei antes). Recomendo!

Everything sucks. The breakfast was too bad. The receptionist was soo rude. When I wanted to change my room coz of an unkind roommate, they wanted me to pay extra 400 Euro. They are not hospitable. I am still angry with the receptionist as he did not help me in any way!

Property was clean and comfortable. Location is a little removed for downtown core but can talk a subway fairly easy from there. Or if you like walking it’s a good walk downtown.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Lage total praktisch. Das Frühstück war auch klasse und es wurde eine große Auswahl geboten.
