The hotel is wonderful with the facilities . The room is big enough and everything in the room are well connected. I stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel is convenient to get to the station.

We arrived earlier for check in, and yes it's all in a rules about time of check in, but it was actually a line of people trying to do same, and hotel was not looking fully booked. We had to wait some time, and once they started to check in, it of course took time, because there were quite a lot of people. Rooms are clean, stuff is quite helpful, they helped us to figure out that fancy system of air-conditioning - which was actually feeling quite cold. So in general, except earlier check in and line for check in- all went pretty smooth.

Funky lightings and cool futuristics design. About 5 mins away from a supermarket Froiz and 10 mins away from a mercado. Can take the tram to and from the airport but Uber is super cheap, only cost about 15 euros each way.

Nice and clean, the bed is advanced

Good location- just a short walk from trindade metro station. Friendly staff, good service and clean modern room. The lights are a bit confusing to control at first, but they provided a small explain sheet on the table. Enjoyed the stay:)

Nice hotel in downtown with direct light rail connection to railway station and airport. Adjustable bed is a plus, while poor in-room wifi signal is a downside for sure.

nice and clean, modern style, close to metro station, overall is very good. However, there is no kettle in the room and need to go to the hotel’s bar for hot water.

Certainly interesting lighting, but the bed was quite comfortable and the shower and sink were clean. The location was excellent, being just orth of the downtown, so that was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall it was an excellent value.

Great location, lovely, friendly staff, very clean. Easy to check in and out.

Overall I had a great stay. The room was comfortable, the location super convenient. There was a leaky shower head in my room so water shot out in every direction. And the 20 euros extra they wanted for the same room including breakfast was too high for what they offer. But overall a good experience and I would go back.
