The staff is always friendly and willing to help, top grades to them! The location has plus and minus. Unless your in one of the cabs that has special permission to enter Flores street, you are going to have to haul bags from a fair distance. Once there, it’s close to many cool things by foot. The rooms are a bit dated, but hey, it’s a 500 year old building! Highly recommend visiting the garden!

The property itself was great, location is close to transport, shops and tourist spots. The room lighting switch system is a bit confusing but works fine. The main let down was the welcome from the check-in staff. They seemed very defensive and were whispering to each other when checking in our family’s details. There was a child missing from our booking but I was happy to pay this, perhaps this made them defensive. However, unfortunately the poor service continued and we only found one member of the four staff were helpful during the stay.

Our room was great! Very spacious with lots of windows to open. We loved hearing the street musicians play. It had a very comfortable bed and was very clean. The bathroom was small but in very good condition. There was a kitchenette but it was not equipped with soap or towels until the last day.
We had the breakfast all 5 days of our stay. The food offered never changed but it was good.

Çok merkezi ve temiz bir otel. Kahvaltısında çeşit çok ama biraz kalite düşük. Kahve makinesi var büfede ve bu kaliteye hiç yakışmıyor. Açık alanı var zaman gecirebilirsiniz . Sao bento istasyonuna çok yakın. Her yere yakın bir konumda. Tekrar geldiğimizde kalınabilecek bir otel. Odalarda kahve makinesi olması da harika bir ayrıntı

In the midst of a highly trafficked tourist pedestrian esplanade, the hotel was an oasis. Lovely and well appointed rooms. Our suite had a kitchen. The outdoor garden area was a lovely respite from the urban fun right outside the hotel front door. Even a bathing fountain where one can plunge and cool off, preceded and followed by a shower and service from the garden bar. Views of the Se (cathedral) and Clerigos church tower. Sao Bento station (and its tiled grand hall) and many dining options just steps away. Two minute walk to car park (with hotel discount).

Excelente atención! La habitación muy bonita. Las camas perfectas! Si tienes movilidad reducida, pide una habitación accesible (las otras tienen bañera; las accesibles tienen ducha con Barrales. La ubicación es buena, en una peatonal turística, pero es poco accesible y muy cara la zona!!; los taxis generales no llegan...debes moverte mayormente a pie hasta la avenida donde entran los transportes. Hay solo una línea de taxi que puede llegar, y amablemente la piden desde el hotel. El desayuno de muy buena calidad, y finalmente destaco la amabilidad de las y los recepcionistas!!
