A very nice boutique hotel. The public area and guest rooms are very well designed. The bathroom facilities in the room are good. There is a coffee machine and kettle. Chocolates are given at turndown and a bottle of porter is given at welcome. The front desk service is average. The girls in the afternoon class are better than the ones in the morning class.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Would've given it 5 stars but for the fact that we were made to change rooms during our stay. I initially booked 2 nights and added another 2 nights on as we had a change of plans. I communicated to the hotel prior to our stay and upon check in to allocate the same room for 4 nights. The reception obviously paid no heed and "upgraded" us to a different room for the first two nights. When my key card didn't work after the second night, we were told that we had to move rooms. This was after I made it clear that we didn't need any upgrade (I couldn't care less about the view given that the size of the room was the same) and just didn't want the hassle of packing and unpacking. That said, the rooms were modern, comfortable, and the hotel's location is great - it's within walking distance to the main attractions, and there are lots of restaurants/cafes nearby.
