The pros and cons of this hotel are particularly outstanding. The advantage is that the service is very good. I arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. I wanted to put my luggage away and go out for fun, but I didn't expect that I could check in at that time. The disadvantage is that the castle-renovated hotel is a bit cold. It's more than ten degrees outside, so it's comfortable to turn on the air conditioner in the room.

The room is very large, with a living area below on the first floor and a sleeping bed and bathroom on the second floor. However, there are no windows on the second floor. The service is still very enthusiastic. Guided us to book breakfast for 20 euros/person for the next day, saying it was very, very gond breakfast. Breakfast turned out to be very simple.

The location is very, very good. The main church is diagonally opposite. It takes four to five minutes to walk from Lushi I Bridge. The most beautiful McDonald's, coffee shop, and train station are all about ten minutes away.

Condes de Azevedo Palace was bar far one of the best hotels we have stayed in Europe. Our two bedroom apartment was comfortable, stylishly designed, and with thoughtful touches like coffee pods, sparkling water, baby bath, etc. The breakfast each morning as delicious and the breakfast staff (one in particularly who's name I didn't catch sorry) were so friendly! The reception staff were also amazing, booking us tours and giving us restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect and overall it was excellent value for money. We would gladly (hopefully!) stay again.
