Très belle expérience dans la résidence stella di Gallura ! Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour là bas ! La résidence est parfaitement entretenue et très belle ! L’appartement était très bien avec une très belle vue sur la mer ! Le personnel est absolument incroyable ! Nous sommes arrivés en retard le premier jour à cause d’un problème de voiture de location et Francesco (qui s’occupe de l’accueil) nous a tout de suite donné de quoi manger et boire pour nous et notre fille de 3 ans, pour le soir et le lendemain matin, elle a été absolument gentille et bienveillante avec nous et avec notre petite pendant 15 jours, tout le personnel est vraiment d’une gentillesse absolue et font le maximum pour que notre séjour soit agréable !! Foncez !!

Terrible facility with false advertising, I booked the facility for three nights, but the first night was so painful that I requested a refund which was refused by the front desk. I booked the 4-star hotel for the same price for the rest of the two nights I stayed in Sardinia.
There is no walking beach nearby, Beds are spring beds which will break your back, mosquitoes flying all over and biting all night. There was one A/C for three rooms. The pool was not for kids and was dirty. They have a restaurant that opens at 4 PM, which blocks the pool access and privacy.
I was told by the front desk that GTFO, because only rich people come to Sardinia, you get what you paid for.
Poor customer service, I would not recommend it.

Immense in greenery but…. Cleaning the house was a disaster with mosquitoes crushed on the ceiling, rusty furniture, slapped windows and the toilet with a permanent yellow stain. Furthermore, as soon as you arrive they ask you (rightly) for a deposit of €250 on a credit card which they then ILLEGALLY photocopy for you. Furthermore, the apartment they gave us did not reflect the booking images at all. If you want to have a quiet holiday while staying clean, BEWARE of this place.

Il Residence si trova in una zona tranquilla abbastanza vicina al centro di Porto Rotondo. L’appartamento nella media, niente di eccezionale, con alcuni difetti (scarico del water fuori uso al nostro arrivo, poche stoviglie per la cucina e divano letto scomodissimo). Nel complesso, comunque, ci siamo trovati bene, a parte qualche vicino troppo rumoroso e il ristorante vicino al residence con musica dal vivo fino a tardi che disturbava.

Per fortuna non posso starvi a parlare del soggiorno perché andando a guardare le recensioni e ad informarmi su vari siti ho cancellato in tempo la prenotazione. Avevo prenotato su airbnb, costo basso, host inizialmente premuroso e disponibile e dalle foto l'alloggio sembrava carino. Sono una persona che si adatta quando viaggia, ma che non vuole essere presa in giro. Prima della prenotazione l'host mi rispondeva alle domande e varie questioni giusto per informarmi, e alla domanda, ci sono spese extra la risposta non ci è stata. Prenoto, gli arrivano i soldi e puff... spariscono. Non rispondono più. Vado a cercare tra le recensioni e scopro che, sono dei ladri! All'arrivo ti fanno pagare obbligatoriamente 140 euro di spese più 70 euro per le pulizie. Io mi chiedo: ma specificarlo prima della prenotazione è difficile? Avrei comunque qui prenotato li se me le avessero specificate ma non che io appena arrivo in vacanza devo essere portata in giro e bombardata di sovrapprezzi di cui non sapevo nulla! Quindi mio consiglio: specificatelo e siate più gentili e sinceri, la sincerità ripaga sempre.

La ubicación está genial, cerquísima de porto rotondo, pista tenis, piscina, buen aparcamiento, los jardines grandes pero poco cuidados pero el apartamento no hay por donde cogerlo. El sofá cama destroza la espalda, la taza del wc rota, la ducha pequeña, la cocina tiene olor como de no limpiarla bien. No hay micro, el mobiliario feo anticuado… ni estropajo para lavar la poca loza que tiene. Fuimos al super a comprar papel higiénico porque solo ponen un rollo empezado. No hay servicio de limpieza ni cambio de sábanas. Si quieres cenar en el hotel hay un restaurante independiente que es caro pero sales lleno y está genial.
