The hotel is very well located with direct access to the sea. The breakfast is plentiful in the form of an all-you-can-eat buffet. The peaceful setting and ambient tranquility are great assets in parallel with its beautiful marble spa.

Um hotel muito agradavel. Muito sossegado. Um pequeno almoço muito variado. Podiam era ter os mini pasteis de nata todos os dias que eu nao me fartava. A piscina é boa e as espreguiçadeiras nao ficam umas em cima das outras. O bar da praia tem comida variada e o acesso à praia é rápido. Ideal para quem descansar e não para quem quer party o dia e a noite todos.

First impression was good. The concierge first was helpful, the wish to change room without having a view to the parking cars couldn`t be fulfilled - the staff at the reception then change to be uninterested and unhelpful. The rooms maximum 1 star, old furnished, - like Hapimag 40 years ago - worse smell of painted old furniture. The bathroom was tiny and could not accommodate two people at the same time. The quality of food - we only had breakfast - not acceptable. To pay the umbrella at the private beach and pool in my opinion unacceptable. Spa is outsourced and as hotel guest you have to pay for the indoor pool, harman - then please exclude spa from your name. Never again, sorry.

We have been spending our holidays at the Hotel Porto Santo for 17 years. The rooms are constantly being renovated and are very nice and very, very clean. The gardens are very well maintained, the beach bar is in a unique location. Nice terrace. Fortunately, the music has now partly disappeared, or is very discreet! Beach loungers are now available for a fee. A shuttle service from the airport can be booked through the hotel. What is annoying: unfortunately the fly screens on the balcony window have disappeared! What a pity. Overall impression: Great. The restaurant will be rated separately.

It was magical as always! The small hotel is and remains the best on the island! It is getting on in years and needs a little renovation here and there - but it is still very Portuguesely charming! There are superior rooms that are more modern and brighter - for a small extra charge. The small beach bar among the greenery right by the water is particularly great! You don't really want to leave. It is also very quiet - you can hear the sea and birdsong. Very nice pool area and great mattresses! Always only this hotel on the island!

This hotel offered an especially relaxing experience. The room and bathroom were fine. The large, airy dining room and lounges face a beautiful tropical garden and view of the sea. The beach bar is right beside the 9 km pristine beach. The hotel is in an excellent location, close enough to Vila Baleira that you can walk there leisurely. The hotel is spacious, very quiet and well maintained. The spa facilities provide an elegant and quiet atmosphere. The massages delivered by Mara were relaxing and professionally done. Of note, clients of the hotel are provided with a discount on the treatments taken at the spa.
