Boa estrutura de área comum, várias piscinas, porém muito sujas, entrei somente cerca de 15 min e sai com roupa verde ( liguei p recepção, mandei e-mail e não tive retorno), água verde e sujeira no fundo eem suspensão...camas duras e banheiro com.cheiro desagradável...Café da manhã ok, jantar compensa. Meu voo foi cancelado devido calamidade pública no RS, pedi para realizar ligação para 0800 da empresa aerea( não aceita ligações telefones celulares) e falaram que o hotel não realizava ligações externas????... Em resumo, deixa a desejar nas instalações da área de lazer, gostaria de ter aproveitado a estrutura e não pude devido falta de limpeza das piscinas e o conforto da camas tb deixa a desejar....

Acabei de voltar das férias em família, hospedamos Eu, Esposo e 2 Filhas ( 10 e 5 anos) no Nauticomar, fomos em 2023 e retornarmos agora em agosto/24. Este ano me surpreendi com o quarto ficamos no 286, espaçoso com 2 camas de casal e o banheiro enorme... o espaço para crianças como sempre não só minhas filhas amaram como nós os pais também. Os tios e tias super atenciosos. A culinária mais uma vez amei...bem temperadas, variadas cumpre ao valor pago pelas diárias. Quero ressaltar as camareiras sempre educadas e a limpeza dos quartos excelentes com troca de toalhas diárias. Enfim amamos nossa experiência.

Ótimos atendentes!! Parabéns ao hotel por investir no atendimento, isso faz toda diferença numa viagem! Ah!! Nós gostamos muito dos pratos oferecidos!! A localização do hotel é ótima!!
