Minha experiência foi a pior possível. Pagamos caro para ter péssimos serviços. O ralo do banheiro exalava odor do esgoto e o quarto era fedorento. A Internet é a TV a cabo não funcionavam. A academia é decadente, aparelhos velhos e ultrapassados, sem manutenção e quebrados, um risco para os usuários. O frigobar era velho e sujo. Resumindo o custo X benefício é extremamente desfavorável.
Não recomendo e ficamos extremamente decepcionado com a experiência. Muito triste planejarmos as férias, pagamos caro e com antecedência e tivemos uma prestação de serviço terrível. Decepção define. 😭😭😭

Exactly what we was looking for. Prime spot for the beach. The only downside was the wi-fi not great to be able to use translater, as no English speaking staff.

O hotel me parece que tem duas partes. Uma velha que hospedei, com problemas no ar condicionado que estava fabriacando ate gelo, registro do chuveiro que nao fechava, quarto com odor de velho, paredes sujas, guarda roupas totalmente improprio para guardar qualquer coisa. O cafe da manha atende as expectativas, mas falta algumas opções para um hotel de praia. Piscina muito boa e limpa, possui uma área verde muito boa. De frente o toa a toa. Talvez esse seja um ponto ruim pra quem quer descanso, pois tem as festas que podem incomodar pelo barulho. Quem for hospeder nele ja pede a parte nova. Detalhe importante: as camareiras chegam cedo no quarto e as vezes ja abrem a porta sem bater. Muito inconveniente.

Hotel pessimo,estadia não podia ser pior.Lamentável as condições do hotel,sem a mínima condição de hospedagem. Café da manhã pessimo,sem a mínima estrutura,sem variedades e de pessima qualidade!Foi o pior hotel que me hospedei com minha família e amigos.Não voltaria e nem indicaria a ninguém!

A área externa do hotel é muito boa bem como o atendimento foi ótimo, mas a cama de casal poderia ser tamanho queen, como muitos hotéis ja têm.
Os travesseiros não sao confortáveis achei baixos.
O café da manhã tinha poucas opçõe, faltou pão de queijo, tapioca, suco de laranja etc.

Hotel excelente. Localização na praia de Taperapuan em Porto Seguro; Tudo muito limpo, bonito e confortável. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom. Restaurante com boas opções para refeições. Bar e piscina excelente. Preço razoável. Recomendo.

Bom hotel. Excelente para quem deseja curtir a barraca Toa Toa. Academia sensacional, mas precisa melhorar segurançanos aparelhos. Pena a área do bosque atrás do hotel ser pouco explorada. Preço de comida e bebida um pouco altos.
