Minha experiência foi a pior possível. Pagamos caro para ter péssimos serviços. O ralo do banheiro exalava odor do esgoto e o quarto era fedorento. A Internet é a TV a cabo não funcionavam. A academia é decadente, aparelhos velhos e ultrapassados, sem manutenção e quebrados, um risco para os usuários. O frigobar era velho e sujo. Resumindo o custo X benefício é extremamente desfavorável.
Não recomendo e ficamos extremamente decepcionado com a experiência. Muito triste planejarmos as férias, pagamos caro e com antecedência e tivemos uma prestação de serviço terrível. Decepção define. 😭😭😭

Exactly what we was looking for. Prime spot for the beach. The only downside was the wi-fi not great to be able to use translater, as no English speaking staff.

Hotel perfeito em atendimento e comodidade . A comida do seu restaurante é excelente. Tem um pequeno bosque que nos faz sentir como em uma casa de campo. A piscina é grande e com muito conforto . Tem uma lanchonete ao lado com atendentes super prestativos como são todos os demais atendentes do hotel. Nos sentimos como se estivéssemos em um hotel 5 estrelas

Tem uma festa bem em frente ao hotel. Muito barulho e impossível dormir. Não recomendo esse lugar para idosos e crianças. Quartos velhos e mofados. Encontrei cabelos no box… além disso a comida super cara e beeem meia boca. Nossa televisão não pegava nenhum canal. Se você quer descansar não se hospede nesse hotel.

Possui uma boa área de piscina e amplo bosque nos fundos, sendo o hotel localizado em frente ao complexo Toa Toa. O aspecto que não gostamos é que nas duas vezes em que nos hospedamos nos alocaram inicialmente em quartos não muito bem localizados, e tivemos que pedir troca.
