O resort é bom. Funcionários são muito atenciosos! Em especial a Luane que nos recebeu com muito carinho e atenção. A alimentação não tem muita diversidade nas refeições, para ser um resort esperava mais opções e menor pratos repetidos diariamente. O quarto que ficamos foi o 704 acessível, limpeza impecável, quarto recém reformado. Os banheiros das áreas comuns precisam de mais atenção, manutenção, limpeza e pintura. O Max premium é legal, porém eles não dão as cervejas de 600 ml em baldes de gelo e sim em unidades, esquenta rápido. Eu pedi um balde para deixar na praia, disseram que não podem fornecer. Eles não tinham a Brahma duplo malte de 600ml, disseram que iriam providenciar, mas não aconteceu. Os recreadores são ótimos! Super divertidos. A hidromassagem funciona em um pequeno período e não conseguimos usar nenhum dia. Sugiro que coloquem um sistema de agendamento de 1 hora por apartamento para que mais pessoas possam usufruir.

A comida é muito gostosa e bem temperada, os drinks são muito bem feitos e os eventos feitos durante nossa estadia foram muito bem feitos. A estrutura na praia também é muito bonita e funcional. O atendimento é extremamente humanizado e feito por profissionais capacitados.

Hotel bem localizado com boa infraestrutura. Funcionários simpáticos, prestativos e atenciosos. Limpeza dos quartos diariamente, com troca de toalhas, reposição de papel higiênico e amenietes. Quarto amplo e com varanda, ar condicionado e frigobar funcionando. Sistema all inclusive em 2 categorias, mas para quem não bebe muito funciona o mais básico, com o hóspede se servindo das bebidas. Farta refeição dia todo, mas tipo resort mesmo, sem grandes variedades. Clube da praia muito bom e piscinas grandes. Única reclamação é que o quarto ficou 2 noites sem água quente.
