Hotel muito bom. Já havia me hospedado aqui em 2018. Dessa vez, achei o atendimento ainda melhor. O único hotel em Porto Seguro, em que o atendente levou a minha mala até o quarto. Quarto bom e sem cheiro de mofo. O hotel oferece alguns petiscos e lanches, porém, não comemos no hotel.

Vamos lá: Café da manhã: razoável, poderia ter mais variedades e os bolos não são tão bons. Limpeza: razoável, o box do banheiro poderia estar melhor. Lanchonete: razoável, mas o açaí servido lá é bem gostoso. Música: péssimo, muito alta e muito brega, atrapalha quem quer dormir a tarde. Nem todo mundo gosta de barulho extremo. Funcionários: ótimos Piscina: tamanho bom, mas poderia ser aquecida. Localização: ótima, perto de restaurantes e bares.

Excelente hotel, ótima localização, estacionamento externo e interno, piscina, parque para crianças, funcionários alegres e prestativos e variedades significativas no café da manhã. Praias ótimas e diversos lugares para visitar, ex: Arraial D'ajuda, Trancoso, Santa Cruz de Cabrália, Centro Histórico, entre outros.

Reasonable stay! Two people in the room were only given one card to access the room, a fee was charged for pool towels, sometimes leaky bedding was placed on the beds and towels were torn. Breakfast very diverse, cleanliness ok

The hotel is perfect, as the photos show. Very large spacious room, beautiful and pleasant leisure area. The shower is wonderful, you don't even want to get out. Excellent cleanliness, every day we went out for walks and when we returned the room was clean with new towels. The breakfast is spectacular, very tasty with many varieties. The location of the hotel is also good, just 10 minutes from the airport by car, it is on Mundaí beach which is very beautiful and tree-lined, there are several restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store and bakery nearby. The staff are very polite and attentive. I really liked the city and when I return I will definitely stay at Pontal again.

Very clean and organized hotel, heated pool, excellent breakfast and attentive staff, I will definitely be back, it is very close to the beach, just 3-4 minutes walk, great location to the beaches and center.
