Пляж Медуза в пешей доступности, но необходимо преодолеть несколько лестниц. Вход бесплатный, но лежак и зонтик оплачиваются вами на весь день (2 лежака+ зонт летом 2024 года стоят 20€) Номерной фонд новый, матрасы удобные, кондиционер работает исправно. Завтрак обильный, но несколько однообразный: в целом, есть и овощи, фрукты, холодные закуски, молочка и мясо.

Large rooms, not far from the beach (we had room with sea view). Pools and sauna park are at the Terme Portoroz. Breakfast could be a little bit better but the staff is kind. Parking is nearby against surcharge. A huge selection of massages and treatments.

Excellent location of the hotel, clean and spacious rooms but disappointing breakfast and dinner buffets, especially regarding the variety and quality of the products. The hotel should also be modernized a bit. Very good spa and thermal pools!!!

We're not quite there. The hotel is very inconvenient from a logistical point of view for those with children, there are many steps to climb to reach the rooms and in some points the lift does not arrive. Even reaching the spa is not so intuitive and quite far from the rooms. The rooms are old, dirty (carpet stained very clearly in several places), the bathroom without a window doesn't even have a fan, the services in general are really basic, nothing more than a three star. The light on the terrace remains on all night without the possibility of turning it off, so it is not possible to have darkness in the room. Mostly the "blackout" curtains don't do their job at all so as soon as the sun rises you are invaded by light. We asked for a family room as there were three of us and we were assigned a room with two single beds pushed together plus a sofa... or not. Breakfast and dinner (for which you pay €21 per person excluding drinks) are not of high quality and there is very little choice. For that price I would have dined out somewhere else. The only positive note of the weekend was the sea view.
