Man merkt an allen Ecken und Enden, dass man hier auf Profitmaximierung aus ist. Leitungswasser kostet, obwohl man eine teure Flasche Wein trinkt, Bier aus Plastikbechern um über 5,—. Wir saßen gerade bei der Hauptspeise beim Abendessen, wurden die Nachbartische schon fürs Frühstück aufgedeckt, was einen das Gefühl vermittelt, um 8.30 abends schon unerwünscht zu sein. Auf den Tischen keine Tischtücher, die Reinigung nur sehr oberflächlich (hatten ja genug Zeit zu beobachten), und das bei einem 4 Sterne S Hotel. Essen ok. Das einzig wirklich positive sind die super freundlichen Kellnerinnen und Kellner. Der Badestrand ist super schön, Zimmer sauber aber sehr einfach. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick aufs Bootshaus- naja, wenn man sich weit aus dem Fenster lehnt, sieht man es. In Summe ein Hotel ohne Flair und Seele, und meiner Meinung überbezahlt. Peter PS: bin neugierig, ob auch nicht so gute Bewertungen beantwortet werden :)

Egal ob bei Werzer's Streetfoodfestival im Herbst mit einer unglaublichen Speißen- und Getränkevielfalt oder im Sommer im Werzer's Badehaus, einem der romantischen Locations in Kärnten. Es ist ein immer wiederkehrender Genuß mit unglaublichem Wow Effekt.

We didn't have a reservation, but it was off-season, so we just walked in and got a room. Large hotel with a nice deck off the bar & restaurant (have a drink, look out at the lake). The room was rather small, but clean, with a balcony (we had a view of the parking lot, pretty much). Bartender was really nice. The breakfast buffet was HUGE and really good (so many different kinds of bread, cheese, fruit, yogurt, plus hot options like eggs, bacon, sausage - and champagne for mimosas if you wish to indulge). Pleasant stay, but the room was pretty warm and we weren't able to cool it very much. Even though the weather was rather cold, I liked that there was a beach bag in the room with robes and towels, which would have been great in the summer.

Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, da mir eine Bekannte gesagt hat - es ist das beste Wellnesshotel in Österreich. Ich kann nun sagen, so ist es leider nicht und ich war schon in einigen Wellnesshotels. Die Lage des Hotels ist super 👍 aber im Winter beim Wellness ist mir dies nicht so wichtig. Kann mir vorstellen, dass die Lage im Sommer wichtiger ist. Das Essen war sehr sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Massage war super und die Angestellten dort auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jedoch war es mir im Schlafzimmer und in den meisten Räumen zu kalt. Das Schlafzimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Der Wellnessbereich könnte eindeutig erneuert werden und ist ausbaufähig. Es gibt leider nicht wirklich wo sehr warmes Wasser - der Outdootpool war mir auch zu kalt. Und was eindeutig fehlt sind Whirpools und wirklich ruhige Ruheräume, wo die Atmosphäre passt. In den Ruheräume sind überall Liegestühle - dies könnte man auf Matratzen in Nischen oder ähnliches ändern... Wäre viel gemütlicher 👌. Saunaaufgüsse durch Personal habe ich vermisst und ich denke, dies würden alle andere Gäste auch sehr genießen. Saunalandschaft ist toll und auch eindeutig groß genug. Eine Saunabar wäre noch ein Idee die man sich überlegen könnte... Denn für Getränke und ähnliches muss man immer zum Seehaus/Restaurant gehen. Dieser Durchgang ist auch im Bademantel im Winter eindeutig zu kalt. Rückwirkend kann ich sagen das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und tolles Potenzial - etwas aus dem Wellnessbereich machen zu können.

Bad place for working with one of the most stupidest hotel manager Reza Nadery I ever worked. As a worker is a very bad place, you need to work in two shifts in the morning and in the evening. Every week you need to stay couple hours more and they didn't pay this time next month. In Gym some of the machines were broken more then one month, they didn't fix them. To much stress for small money.

+: Das Servicepersonal im Seerestaurant leistete hervorragende Arbeit. Sie waren aufmerksam, höflich und zuvorkommend und sehr Bemüht Fragen und Wünsche rasch zu erledigen! Das Essen im Seerestaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut. Sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Abendessen bestechen mit einer feinen Auswahl, frischen Zutaten und tadellosen Zubereitung. Auch auf Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten wird eingegangen und es fehlt einem an Nichts. -: Ich hätte bevorzugt, dass am Frühstücksbuffet die Speisen beschriftet und Allergene deklariert würden. Somit muss man nicht alles Erfragen und kann für sich selbst die passenden Speisen wählen. Im Spa- und Wellnessbereich ist es gegen Nachmittag sehr unruhig und auch voll- das Platzangebot für Hotel- und Tagesgäste ist etwas zu knapp bemessen, die Liegen sehr knapp gestellt und durch den Bar-/Restaurantbetrieb im Badehaus ist entsprechend die Lautstärke höher. Eine räumliche Trennung oder zumindest schalldämpfende Elemente sind dringend notwendig.
