Erstens gab es eine riesige Baustelle vor dem Haus und zweitens waren die im Preis inklusiv angebotenen E-Bikes nicht verfügbar. Wir hatten uns unter anderem deswegen für dieses Hotel entschieden. Das Hotel kam uns in keiner Weise irgendwie entgegen, weder mit dem Preis noch mit irgend sonst etwas.

Property is listed as 3 star, however is more like a 4 star hotel when it comes to service and dining, hotel is undergoing construction to add spa facilities, that was the only set back, otherwise absolutely excellent service, centric and good price range

Sehr schönes, sauberes drei Stern Hotel, das um Schuss ist. Gute Küche, toller Weinkeller und v.a liebenswerte Gastgeber. Aktuell im Um- und Anbau. Wird sicher sehr schön. Für uns hat alles perfekt gepasst. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder nach Poschiavo

Si tratta di un bellissimo albergo e probabilmente l'unico che dispone anche di ascensore. Camere funzionali e la qualità del sonno è impeccabile. Lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile - ti fanno sentire come a casa tua (anzi, forse anche meglio che a casa tua....). Il ristorante rappresenta uno dei valori aggiunti di questo albergo con pietanze magnifiche e gustosissime. Hanno acquistato il palazzo adiacente per allargare l'albergo e introdurre una piscina coperta e probabilmente anche appartamenti. Albergo super-consigliato in questa perla di località chiamata Poschiavo.

Eravamo ospiti del bellissimo festival e delle erbe spontanee, nella dependance del vecchio monastero. Camere spartane in un luogo denso di storia, dietro la piazza principale. Piccolo disagio, comprensibile, la colazione (dignitosa) a 200 metri di distanza, nella sede centrale. Servizio impeccabile, torneremo volentieri.

Wonderful hotel! Very welcoming to us and our dog. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. The location excellent and food great. We foolishly camped.. Dient a night in the freezing cold and went behind for a room in the morning. We were allowed check in that morning, catch up on some much needed sleep and body heat!!
