Hotel Montemare

We stayed here on our honeymoon as a couple. The service, facilities, and scenery were all excellent. It's a bit pricey, but it will make your trip very fulfilling. <Service> We are Japanese and could only speak a little English, so we were worried about communication, but the receptionist explained things to us very carefully. Sometimes they translated on the computer while explaining things, and it was the first time I've ever been to a hotel that was so polite, so we were very impressed. They also contacted the restaurant we had booked, which was very helpful. (As we were delayed in arriving due to various circumstances) <Facilities> The facilities were very clean and tidy. The room was a coral reef themed room, and it was very cute with a red sofa and coral objects. The amenities were also perfect. The location is also very good, right along the road, so if you're traveling by car, you don't have to go up and down stairs. The facility also had an elevator, which was very helpful. (Because of the area's characteristics, there are many stairs in Positano, I think the fact that you can access it without using stairs is a big plus.) <View> I was able to have the best view all to myself from my room. I could watch from the terrace from sunrise to sunset... It couldn't get any more luxurious than this. It was a truly beautiful view.
