Book this place for having a good location and a good view but if you want to go star in your room with a good breakfast and a good view it is not possible since you can only eat where they say besides that they do not give any if you pay more or less nothing is possible make you pay more money or less

Siamo ritornati in questo b&b dopo due anni e come la prima volta siamo rimasti incantati dal panorama, dai bellissimi giardini. Il personale è stato straordinario ci ha aiutato in ogni nostra richiesta. La colazione al mattino sulla terrazza vista mare è emozionante. Le camere sono semplici ma con tutti i comfort, svegliarsi al mattino con una vista del genere non ha prezzo. Questa volta abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere anche il proprietario, persona semplice e solare amante del suo lavoro,ci ha dato ottimi consigli su escursioni in barca e sui ristoranti. Alla Maliosa b&b ci siamo sentiti come a casa e ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

AMAZING PLACE!!! Great service. Great locations. Breathtaking common areas. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I recommend this B&B to anyone going to Positano. Food and wine were excellent. Breakfast was on time and absolutely fantastic.

This property blatantly misrepresents its rooms on ******* by using pictures of the "suite" for the double room we purchased.
We chose this hotel because the pictures of the rooms looked great. We were surprised to be given a tiny, dark prison cell of a room that looked nothing like the pictures. The shower is so small I could barely fit in it. The bed is terrible.
When we asked about the room appearing different than the pictures, we were told we could have the "suite" for an additional $100 Euro per night. It turns out this "suite" is the room shown in the pictures for the double room we purchased.
When we asked management they said the owner was not on the property and there was nothing they could do about it. We later found out this was the owner Felix, lying through his teeth in order to not refund us.
We left the property immediately because ******* chat said not to worry, they would take care of it for us. It turns out that was not true either, after fighting with them for hours we got a partial refund. The owner refused to refund anything.
This place is a scam, avoid at all costs.

The views are spectacular. The personnel very kind with limited english. The fact that I traveled with grown kids and only one key is provided and one has to climb 80 something steps up and down to open the door for them to come in the hotel is interesting. One gets accustomed to walk around 1.8 km to reach the beautiful town. We did have a wonderful time, and understandingly the summer is a very active time of the year. It is a clean place in a beautiful area limited by space and its geography, i would recommend it.

Nice hotel about 1km from Positano. The guy who greeted us put us right off the place though, trying to charge us 50 euro for off road parking and also tried to get us booked in to a positano restaurant ran by his friends. Also requested cash payment for the room extras and appeared very upset when we paid by card. Shame because aside from his aproach, it would have been a really nice stay.

Amazing views and very pretty. Quiet and enjoyable if you are looking for a quiet vacation or work remote place. The room is clean and the staff is friendly, the location is about 25 min walk to the city of Positano or you can take a bus or an overpriced taxi to town. It's also about 250 steps from a private beach and a very overpriced beach club. Overall had a great time.
