Enjoyed our stay. Old hotel but up to date service. Will certainly book another stay here. One of our guests had trouble with the AC but they moved her to a bigger room with plenty of AC. Very responsive to her comfort. Breakfast was a nice treat.

The Garza is lovely - quiet, immaculately clean and well appointed. With individually furnished rooms and a good hot breakfast included, this independent establishment is a far cry from sterile cookie-cutter chains. BYOB for a drink in the garden.

This historic hotel was welcoming and warm. The breakfasts were amazing and we loved the homemade biscuits. We had 4 rooms and they were all amazing. My parents got the handicap accesible room and we were upstairs. Well be back again. We came for our sons graduation from Tech. It was nice to be out of the craziness of Lubbock and relax in peace and quiet.

The lobby is beautiful. Beautiful wood. Lovely furnishings and soft music. . Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom very small but clean. Lovely breakfast — not available until 8:30. Coffee available at 7 am though. Very easy to book online.

Such a throwback in history. The hotel is restored beyond it’s original glory. The floors are original and creaky. The rooms are themed and the beds comfortable. Ruth lives in house and is always available. The morning breakfast is homemade and excellent. The town of post is semi ghost town but begging for revitalization. This is the only place to stay and dollar tree is the only store open in the Main Street

This is neat old hotel that is a must stop for a good nights rest if you’re going through Post, Texas. The hosts are great and the breakfast great too. Post is between Snyder and Lubbock and the best place to stay in the hold area. Ian and Ruth are incredible host and we look forward to our next visit.

A great hotel. Friendly and efficient hostess. Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent Bed. Breakfast was very nice. TV easy to use. Parking convenient. Overall a charming and welcoming atmosphere. Just a short drive to Lubbock & Texas Tech. Highly recommended.

We stopped here for the night on our way to New Mexico, and we loved it. The hotel is beautiful and the old library is so relaxing. After a long drive here and arriving late, it was nice to be able to relax with a good book. The breakfast was also yummy! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This may be a duplicate. It was a very beautiful and welcoming place. The lobby and the upstairs “pub“ both very welcoming. The room was lovely. I would’ve preferred a little bit harder mattress but there was a wonderful choice of pillows. Breakfast was Well done with perfect scrambled eggs toast and bacon there is also cereal and yogurt available definitely a stop we will make again
