The staff at the hotel were all friendly, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious. You can see that the building is showing its age and could use a little sprucing up in the form of paint and newer furnishings. The location is very good, central and everything is easy to get to. This is something you should work with.

Modernized business hotel in an excellent location. Unfortunately, the service cannot keep up: cleanliness of the rooms "can be improved", bar only open at certain times, but above all: no own parking space, cars can only be parked in a narrow public parking garage. Therefore, no day tickets are available. Parking can be very expensive! No charging option for electric cars.

We felt very comfortable in your hotel. Very good location, lots of choice for breakfast, great service. We would love to come back, also because we like Potsdam.

There is no air conditioner in the room, full of the smell of clogged sewers, the cleaners come in and out of the room at will, and enter without permission while taking a shower after warning, the worst hotel experience so far! ! !

Hotel Maxx is very well located. You live very centrally and are very mobile thanks to the free use of buses and trams. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the thoroughness of the room cleaning. The bedspreads lay strangely in a heap. Wasn't ****** either. Then a small towel was taken away from us and the shower template was missing. The young men should be shown how the German standard of room cleaning is. Otherwise all employees were very friendly.

The hotel location is great. A friendly receptionist. Unfortunately, parking is not available actually. The closest parking is a little strange. It does not calculate 24 hour parking, it calculates two days and total cost was too much. I reserved a room for three people and it was not prepared. There was a mistake or the management is not great.

Lovly place, close to the beautiful park and castles. The breakfast was amazing, really recommend this hotel.
