Bom atendimento na recepção. Quarto limpo. Chuveiro bom. Café maravilhoso, com variedade de bolo, pão de queijo delicioso. Boa localização, porém é barulhento para dormir devido ao movimento da rua. Meu agradecimento a Adriana da copa e a Rutiele da recepção.

Eles foram inflexíveis com a falta da identidade física de duas crianças (tínhamos a identidade no celular), estavam acompanhadas dos pais e dos avós. Não pudemos nos hospedar lá, mas outros hotéis da região aceitaram a hospedagem com o documento no celular

Estadia foi boa, a unica coisa que nao gostei foi na hora do check out que queriam me cobrar uma terceira pessoa q nao estava no local e so havia ligado para saber valores, sendo que o hotel tem controle da entrada de pessoas...

O Hotel Ferraz tem na localização privilegiada um dos diferenciais. Fica a menos de 50 metros da Catedral dessa importante cidade do Sul de Minas e bem próximo ao Mercado Municipal. No local pode ser encontrado uma grande variedade de alimentos, assim como artesanato local. O hotel conta com quartos bem amplos e confortáveis e o café da manhã é bem farto e variado e isso inclui deliciosos pão de queijo. A internet disponibilizada gratuitamente é muito estável e de velocidade e o estacionamento também é gratuito. Seja a negócios e ou a lazer, o empreendimento é uma boa opção de hospedagem para quem visita Pouso Alegre.
