Puro Hotel Poznań Stare Miasto

Great location for this hotel, a very short walk to the square. Extremely clean. Wonderful coffee machine downstairs with hot coffee and a good selection. Also tea and water available. The pillows and duvets on the bed eye extremely comfortable. A complimentary bottle of fizzy and still water in the bedroom. Large towels and am amazing shower with super nice smelling toiletries. Umbrellas in the foyer to use if raining outside.

I absolutely love Purp after refurbishment!! I am Puro guest for years and Poznan location definitely stepped up to the Puro Experience I used to have and love. I will be back! Plus everyone is really friendly and they are really taking care of you as a guest!

This hotel should have never been given 4 stars. The AC does not work. The standard room is really small. We were upgraded to a bigger room due to our AC not working, but then it did not work in the other room either. In the end, we were given a fan to keep us cool... We had such a poor sleep due to the noise the fan was making all night, plus we had to keep our window open, so random shouting of drunk people kept on waking us up. The temperatures during the day were around 30 degrees, and one of the staff members told us that the AC couldn't keep up... I have not experienced this before. We received 2 complimentary drinks at the bar, but by the time we were able to cool down, we were absolutely exhausted and did not use these. The staff team was mostly helpful and apologetic about the situation. However, one staff member- Weronika, showed quite a poor attitude and kept on trying to gaslight us into believing that the AC was working when it clearly was not. Her responses were often short and arrogant. I am sure this is not the representation the hotel would like. Most of the things are being controlled by a tablet in the room, including the main light. The tablet does not switch off, so you can see it all night. There is a camera on the tablet as well. I'm not sure how safe this is. We did not purchase breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of interesting places to eat around and much cheaper than the price at the hotel. We will not be staying in PURO again. If you are heading there in the summer, good luck to you! The positives are the hotel decor and the location.

Modern hotel the staff where very friendly & welcoming on our arrival making sure we were well informed about the hotel & the area . Car parking is available . Rooms are spacious & very clean the bed was very comfortable . Breakfast was very average & we had to go looking for staff to order our cooked breakfast & you have to pay extra for a coffee made at the bar which we thought should be included. The hotel is in very easy walking distance to the beautiful old town with some amazing restaurants .

Modern hotel in the heart of the city. Very well located with comfortable and clean rooms, great restaurant and meeting rooms. Outside terrace is a great place to have lunch or dinner. The service is on the highest level. Recommend to visit.

A beautiful hotel in every way. The Puro brand is very special. Warm welcome from staff, gorgeous interior everywhere you go. Fabulously comfortable rooms with all the essentials. The bathroom is a sensation. This will be my first choice in Poznan, the location is also perfect. Seconds from the Old Town Square on foot and ideal for the tram stop to other parts of town.
