The hotel is located in a quiet area but at the same time very close to public transport. Nica, clean, rooms, spacious too. A lot of variety for breakfast. The food in the restaurant was also fresh and delicious. Great value for money, we do recommend it!

Never had such a bad stay - 3 complaints but Hotel don’t stop small group of people making noise like hell at 1am on closed hotel bar terrace - manager and security don’t react and the u turn build hotel doesn’t allow people to sleep as even with closed windows the noise is to loud

The rooms are great, bar good, a little expensive, the only reason for 4 not 5 was that the entire hotel did not have wifi as it was broken, this was devastated because i had to work on my laptop. I would have gone somewhere else if i knew that. That said very professional desk staff and very nice rooms.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. At the arrival I was checked in by a receptionist that had problem speaking english and when I arrived at my room I found food left on the fridge and some trash in the trash can. Overall I can say that this was one of the worst Novotel I've been as the service was not the best, plus the hotel itself that looks pretty old.

Nach langer Zeit haben mich alte Erinnerungen wieder nach Posen ins Novotel Malta gezogen..alles in allem hat sich nichts verändert, was durchaus positiv ist. Das Hotel hat ein vernünftiges Preis Leistungs Verhältnis und im Sommer einen kleinen Pool im Garten und für Kinder einen Spielplatz. Allerdings würde der Eindruck getrübt von einem freilaufenden Pittbull der zuerst ins Gras neben meine Liege pinkelte and danach irgendwann von seinem "Herrchen" noch unter der Dusche seinen Hintern samt dem Rest widerlich gesäubert bekommen hat. Da er sich am Spielplatz austoben wird wohl dort auch sein Haufen im Sand zu finden sein. Was macht eigentlich dieser Bademeister außer rumsitzen und aufs Handy sehen? Kinder ermahnen nicht ins Wasser zu springen aber den Köter nicht an die Leine geben? Selbst am Pool wurde die Kampfhundrasse nicht entfernt und Glotze mich an mit seinem angeborenen Jagdtrieb. Da gab es Kleinkinder und Hunde haben in dem Hygienebereich keinen Zugang. Alles in allem ist das Hotel dennoch für 1-2 Nächte zu empfehlen. Nur der 3. Stock hat Klimaanlage mittlerweile und ein paar Amenities wie Nespresso und wurde wegen Status ein upgrade.

Jestem zadowolony z pobytu w Novo POZ Malta. Zapewnił mi dokładnie to, czego oczekiwałem - połączenie pracy z przyjemnością. Letni wypoczynek w malowniczej lokalizacji i towarzystwie natury, zarazem właściwie w mieście - i w większości z dala od tłumów. Świetna wstawka. Obsługa obiektu uczynna i uprzejma, zarówno w recepcji, poprzez obsługę kelnerską oraz housekeeping. Zapomnieć nie mogę też o świetnym kontakcie e-mail przed przyjazdem. Gastronomia to świetna jakość w rozsądnej cenie, dania były smakowite, drinki dobrze przyrządzone. Pokoje superior oferują znany i choć już nieco starszy, to wciąż bardzo komfortowy standard Novotelu. Jedyny minus to nieprzyjemny zapach unoszący się w pokoju podczas większości pobytu (jednak do zniesienia), oraz konieczność nieco większej troski o jego czystość (pajęczyny w wielu miejscach przy suficie).

Spędziliśmy dzisiejszą noc w saunie. Niestety nie można inaczej opisać temperatury, która panowała w pokoju. Przy otwartym na oścież oknie i działającym wiatraku budziliśmy się co chwilę. Myślałam, że rezerwując hotel Novotel podejmuję dobrą decyzję. Myliłam się. Ta przyjemnosc kosztowała nas ponad 500 zł. Niestety całe dobre wrażenie, które wywarła na nas przemiła obsługa legło w gruzach. Choć już opuściliśmy hotel niesmak pozostał i niestety zepsuty przez niewyspanie dzień.
