Appena rientrata dal mio addio al nubilato organizzatomi a sorpresa...Che dire...è stata una sorpresa davvero! E aggiungerei meravigliosa! Il paesaggio e queste casette di legno sono incantevoli! La pace che regna in questo luogo è davvero rigenerante... Che dire dell organizzazione della festa...beh il personale dire che è stato super è poco! Ci hanno allestito la spa tutta per noi con palloncini, candele a terra e rose nell idromassaggio all esterno...per non parlare dell aperitivo sempre in spa! Abbondantissimo, vario e con buoni prodotti! Siamo state benissimo e ringrazio davvero tutto lo staff per aver reso questa festa perfetta! Non posso che stra consigliare questo posto per ogni occasione!!!

Nella cameretta mancavano le lenzuola nel letto

Rezeption war nicht erreichbar zu keiner Uhrzeit. Haben bis kurz vor unserer Ankunft nicht gewusst, wie wir einchecken sollten. Das Chalet war nicht das, was wir gebucht hatten. Wir hätten als 4 erwachsene in einem Zimmer schlafen sollen, wo es 2 Einzelbetten und ein kinderdoppelbett gab. Das Chalet war nicht geheizt und als wir ankamen war es eiskalt. Dafür haben wir 177 Euro für eine Nacht bezahlt. Uns wurde ein Gutschein für eine weitere Übernachtung als Entschädigung angeboten. Das ist doch richtig unverschämt ! Hier würde ich auch gratis niemals wieder übernachten und es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Peu attractif peu animé

A small escape a few kilometers from home in fact but a dreamy snowy landscape welcomes us: it seems to be in a Nordic country with wooden chalets immersed in the white blanket that abundantly covers them. After checking in in the main building, where we will then return to enjoy the spa and restaurant, we set off to reach our warm accommodations under the snow that is still falling (and will continue to fall throughout the night until late morning). Small rooms but equipped with every comfort: kitchen also equipped for cooking for 4 people, TV, two bedrooms (one double and 1 bunk bed) and adequate bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer). On the external porch (which we clearly haven't used in this period) there is a table and chairs for total relaxation in the summer. As mentioned, we also make use of the spa, booked for 90 minutes and with the "floating aperitif" option (we will receive a maxi tray with various hot and cold appetizers, fruit and sparkling wine that the staff will place in the pool for us, who remain to soak in everything the weather!). Outside there is also a hydromassage which, with a little courage (nothing, the snow doesn't want to stop... how wonderful!) we finally test. We conclude with a few minutes of sauna and then straight to the restaurant to taste their typical dishes (all extremely good!). Breakfast will also prove rich and tasty. Courteous, young and always available staff. A dream weekend, we didn't imagine so much! Beautiful and recommended

Molto grazioso e tranquillo

We stayed in this village of typical mountain chalets for a long weekend, and we had a great time. The chalets are really welcoming and equipped with everything. The entire staff is exquisitely friendly and welcoming, from the reception to the restaurant to the spa. Specifically, an excellent restaurant with dishes that are truly well presented and of excellent quality. Fabulous spa also thanks to the various options offered. We will definitely be back.

We returned to this location for the second time and we had confirmation of the service and organization of the management but with surprise we were able to try the new private Spa service. We booked the wellness center exclusively for 90 minutes with the aperitif served in the hydromassage tub never tried it first! An all-encompassing experience! Well done to everyone, always a professional welcome
