First problem during check in, hotel did not have my reservation in system, my 2nd the same experience with lost booking. Hotel accepted my Trip mail confirmation and I solved this issue with trip via chat in app, live agent answer into 1min and start solving, 15min later contact me via call with result and apologize with points compensation around 10usd. Hotel has new app with all info about hotel ordering drink to room, cleaning and etc really nice. I got upgrade free due to lost booking upon my requst from hotel. Bed styling looks like very poor, like at university :-). Suprise was only 1 tower for 2 person booking double room.

Great stay, bit limited but tasty breakfast, great comfort in the room, super clean, lot of options inside the hotel (hotel group resort with cable car)

Everything was good, the food was good, the view was great, but initially the wrong room was given to us, there were other travellers in the room when we went in, but that was quickly sorted out

So I was charged again at the hotel for city tax even though I had paid it already via the app. The hotel insisted on it. And also the Massages isn’t free the should have informed me the fees apply to it so I could have taken that into consideration when booking it. Also I requested my room to be cleaned a couple times and it was left messy for two days before I left. They hotel was very accommodating thought they searched restlessly to find a room suited me. And was very good at directing me despite the language barrier. I was charged over £100 for parking for 4 nights so I wouldn’t recommend parking there.

If such information is provided in advance by the site, that this cost is not being covered by the guest himself, our personnel won´t insist on paying of such fee. Massages in our hotel are of additonal value and enrichment during the stay. We do not offer this service free of charge. Many information panels, which are present in our property, inform our guests about this aspect. We´d like to apologize for the cleaning during your stay. We´ll definitely keep the track of the service and make sure that all is corrected and optimal during the time of yours in our property. The charging fee for parking is currently 670 CZK/28 EUR per night. This is 50% reduction from the former cost of the guests, who do not have any reservation of the stay with us. It was a very clean place. The location was great, very close to everywhere and also close to metrobuses. The rooms were warm, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room view was overlooking the park. Breakfast was sufficient

The hotel is relatively old and the decoration is a bit old. The room is quite large.
The breakfast is also good.
The location is about 3 kilometers away from the city center.

There is a noisy highway outside the room. The swimming pool requires an additional 15 euros to use. The English spoken by the front desk is difficult to understand and the attitude is stiff. The breakfast is average.

The location is a bit remote. The front desk service is good, but the service is not skilled. The room card I was given did not have a magnet the first time, so I had to go through it again. Several people tried to use their key cards to open my room in the morning, and strangers kept knocking on my door but left when I asked who they were. 
Ctrip customer service is very good and they are constantly communicating.

A sauna is just a regular sauna.
Is it a little small compared to the guests?
It's a little disappointing that it was a dry sauna that can't be heated.

Although the interior of the hotel room is not new, the lobby and public facilities are good. The only downside is that if you have a lot of luggage and plan to walk to the hotel from the subway station or tram station, it will be more difficult because the hotel is located on a high slope halfway up the mountain 😄
