The hotel is new and clean. The lightning is bright and the staffs are helpful. Will be back again

The hotel is located next to a train station and 1.2 km from the center of old town. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy but small. The breakfast is quite rich and pleasant because it is not too crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problems we had were that the tea cups were not changed while cleaning the room, there were no slippers (I went down to the reception for this twice) and the rooms were a bit soundproof. Price performance hotel for short visits.

The hotel is very well located, at about 10 min foot walk far from the center of Prague. The breakefast was various but about the same, every day. The personal from reception was very nice and helpful. The negative thing was that I was asked at check-in if I want the room to be cleaned every day and I answered in writting that yes, in fact, it wasn't cleaned every day. Also, the pillows are hard like stones...

Nice recipients, especially the one now (6.11.24 13:00), but not only, usually this is the shift of the top recipients, but everyone is nice.

Everything is ok until I have the breakfast and the coffee machine was not functioning and the milk seems like spoilt when added to the coffee?

Clean and great value for this pretty new hotel. Location is great for my friends. There are cafes and eateries just around the corner. You also have a mini mart for your necessities just across the road 👍🏼

Very large room, everything is new, its close to the shopping mall and train station. The only bad thing is the door has auto lock only.

A small room that could really do with a table. The location is excellent. Cleanliness could be improved as the high ceilings were overlooked by cleaners as a spider and spiderwebs were in the ceiling corners.

Overall is a decent stay. The room is clean, the staff helps us arrange early check in with good service. It is good for the value. Location is convenient to travel around old town, quite a few nice cafes nearby the commercial area too, walkable distance in 5 mins. Only comment is the room is quite small, not many amenities provided for the bathroom.

Great location (Google maps will show it's walking distance to the train station, Old Town), and modern, updated amenities/facilities. The room is spacious with a wall of floor to ceiling mirrors, brightly lit, option for aircon or central temp (aircon being available in autumn is not a guarantee in other hotels I stayed at). WiFi was reliable and did not get logged out after the first signing in (other hotels I had to check that the WiFi had not signed out). Also the entire hotel is non-smoking (happily for me!). Would recommend 👍🏾.

This Hotel very good place nearby from Centrum only 10 minutes walking and not far from Praha Station easily if you using bus from airport or train . The Room very clean even hotel beside busy road but the room very quite at the night . The staff very friendly even almost midnight check in and helpful for information .

Good location in Newley refurbished hotel. Good breakfast and all round good experience.

Hotel is big enough, staffs are friendly. Near to the central train station, malls and restaurants.

The staffs are nice and helpful, but there is no telephone in the room and no replies from receptionists when we dial the phone by using our handy. We found a cap of champagne bottle in the room when we just arrived at the room, but the room is clean in general. The introduction of the page mentioned There is a parking space but unfortunately u need to find the space in the city by urself. The parking fee is pretty costly in the downtown, around 20 euros per day, but I think this would be same for all hotels there.
