This was the absolute best hotel we've stayed in. We've been across multiple cities and 8 in Prague alone, and this one was fantastic.
The hotel staff at reception were warm and accommodating. The room was large, larger than in the pictures, and the lobby is fantastic. It's spotless and super clean.
The gym is nice, a little bit basic, but it does the job.
For breakfast, I would recommend it. There are so many options.
You are situated next to the O2 arena, and a mall, so you have virtually everything at your diaposal.
I would stay here again, and heavily recommend it.

It's outrageous that such a big hotel doesn't have slippers, toothbrushes and other toiletries. The service attitude is also very poor.
