prime location in the city center, pre-check in did not work well, needed to call the local team twice before getting the entrance code.

The room itself was quite nice, it was large and had a kitchen, and the location was great, just a 15-minute walk to Charles Bridge. But the check-in experience was a disaster. First of all, the hotel is located upstairs in a street shopping mall. There is no signage on the facade, making it difficult to find. Second, after Ctrip made the reservation, I couldn't receive the email from the hotel and didn't know the check-in password. If you don't have a local phone number or what's up, you can't contact the hotel and you can't check in. You can only communicate through Ctrip, which is inefficient and you'll wait in vain. Hours. We stayed for two days in a row and there was no cleaning in between.

Excellent location and amenities, can cook since there's a kitchen fully equipped with pan and utensils but we didn't cook.
Was really upset with the check in as there was no one at the reception when we arrived at 8 pm +. This was supposed to be self check in but I didn't receive any information on the room number and door code. The confirmation email and pin code from Trip.com did not work. There is a notice at the reception asking us to call them but this is very inconvenient for tourists. After calling them, the staff claimed that the registeration was incomplete and we spent 30mins filling in some online form which could be done in advance if the hotel emailed us earlier. We only manage to check in after 9pm and couldn't get dinner at many places since they are close. McDonald's and Burger King are nearby for those who encounter the same issue. There is a Christmas market just below the hotel too.

Très bel appartement avec vue magnifique sur la ville et le château au loin.
Propre et bien situé je recommande cette location.
Manque juste un grille pain pour qu’il soit parfait:)

good hotel, but slightly misleading pictures. When I booked, I thought we would get a balcony. But it was an ordinary room. Everything was good except the bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable. But overall I am satisfied.

Absolutely disgusting!! This hotel is infested by silver tail/silver fish and they don't seem to care at all. The silver tails/silver fish were all over the place, and for those who don't know, they tend to destroy furniture and clothing. We tried to contact management regarding this issue and they seemed to not care at all. They let us switch rooms, but that room was right next door to the previous one and was even worse than the first one. During our second day we could even hear people in our previous room which means they don't seem to care about this infestation at all. Our stay was supposed to be 3 nights, but we left and found a new hotel that was much nicer. Thankfully they were willing to refund us for the last night, but that was after I made around 5 phone calls and finally got to speak to a manager. We were going to leave after the first night, but the manager gave us 20 minutes to check out which was not enough time for us to pack up and leave. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

A spectacular apartment, located in the center, all renovated with top quality, very quiet and quiet, Smart TV, huge bed, kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, various utensils... You have the possibility of checking in online and not go through reception since all the doors open with a number that they give you, in our case we did go to the central office which is about 800 meters away and they store your luggage without any problem, an excellent choice
