The hotel's environment and services are very good, very quiet and beautiful. I just felt that the location was a little bit out of the way, so I changed to a hotel. But after changing hotels, I felt that Sheraton's service and rooms were better in comparison. I will book this hotel next time I come here. It’s cost-effective and the service is good.

Very disappointed with this Sheraton! Dinner buffet 40 euro is terrible! Quality of tower and bathrobe very bed! The extra bed is very low and uncomfortable! The staff did 2 times wrong changes in my bathroom ( i had no conditioner and they give me 2 times shampoo instead) terrible wifi signal in the room! First and last time at this Sheraton!

The staff are AMAZING! Thank you, Thyago, you greeted me by name whenever you saw me. I was on a solo trip from the USA and you made me feel like I was staying with friends. Your warm smile was a pleasure to see throughout my stay. My room 204 overlooked the Glass Terrace restaurant and each day I saw warm staff tending to guests with ease, making us all feel at home. When I visited, Madalena, Isabel, and Bal were so welcoming and warm. I miss you all upon my departure. Thank you for a truly relaxing, attentive, and sincere experience. Keep up the great work. I look forward to my next visit to your beautiful and spacious resort.
