O atendimento dos garçons / Garçonetes é muito lento. Algumas vezes víamos eles conversando entre si sem atender o público que estava na mesa. Haviam 3 garçonetes para 12 mesas. Exceção : garçom Antônio que prestava um excelente atendimento, mas era o único.

Hotel maravilhoso, jardins, piscinas e praia fantástica. Quantos precisam de reforma e de um upgrade decorativo sem desvirtuar o conceito eco deste resort. Nota 10 aos funcionários da sala de jantar António e Lenele e aos incansáveis Queili e Clayton da animação . Um 10 também para o Guilherme (relações públicas ) .

O Tivoli tem uma estrutura muito ampla, confortável e acolhedora. Fui com meu marido e filha (2 anos e meio) e aproveitamos muito! Quartos confortáveis, banheiro amplo e todos os ambientes limpos. Alimentação excelente, e adoramos que para as crianças temos a possibilidade de ter o almoço especialmente para elas. Café da manhã delicioso, provem o bolo de aipim!!!! Sugestão para o café: encerramento as 10h30. A área Kids bem isolada, com piscina, parque e uma área somente para as crianças, estrutura excelente. Já a brinquedoteca, pode ser bem melhorada. Eu gostaria de ressaltar o excelente atendimento da Kely (recreação adulto, dança na piscina), Milaine (restaurante principal) e Geise (bar da praia). Sobre a equipe, se puder fazer uma sugestão, seria o treinamento para os(as) colaboradores(as). Gostaria também de ressaltar o entretenimento do hotel, em determinados dias tem música ao vivo no bar da praia e todas as noites durante o jantar, também por volta das 22h começam bandas no lounge do hotel. Deixamos aqui nossos elogios a banda Samba D'Mará (foram maravilhosos!!!), uma banda de axé que tocou no bar da piscina (não lembramos o nome) e todos os músicos que tocavam durante o jantar. Nem precisamos falar do show da Ivete, pois ela é o show em pessoa!!!! Uma ótima organização e estrutura para este acontecimento. Certamente voltaremos!

Sugiro mudança urgente dos trajes femininos de " baianas" ! Sao garçonetes submetidas a um traje que remete a "escravidão" em nosso pais.
Alem de ser extremamente quente , quase um castigo para suas excelentes funcionarias
Parabenizo que todo staff e extremamente bem treinado e prestativos.
A baiana e sua tradiçao pode ser representanta de forma bem mais adequada do que uma " garçonete mucamba"!
As estilistas da Bahia pode criar usando estampas que remetam as raizes e cores de forma bem mais adequada
Espero que aceitem a sugestao

Hotel caro, não oferece pelo o valor alto que cobra, tudo lá dentro é exorbitantemente caro, não tem atrações para crianças acima dos 8 anos de idade, a comida não é gostosa, as garçonetes que atendem no jantar e café da manhã, a maioria está sempre de mal humor… uma pena, eu tinha ouvido falar bem do hotel, mas parece que ele já foi, hoje em dia não vale a pena mais. Sem falar nas acomodações que são muito antigas.
