Horrível não comam aqui pessoal mal educado e comida sem sabor nenhum vi vazio entrei comi e me arrependi. Só mandaram três pedaços de peixe uma falta de respeito com o cliente cobre caro mais não apresentam nenhuma qualidade na comida e no atendimento

Hotel todo velho,elevador enferrujado e sujo. Banheiro sem ventilação nenhuma, com tijolo de vidro voltado para o quarto. Também tinha lodo Musica altíssima no restaurante deles . O ar não funcionava. A única coisa boa é o café da manhã, mesmo assim não tem ar no local. Muito calor. Não voltaria !!!

Mesmo sem usar nenhuma toalha de piscina, fui obrigada a pagar 80 reais por um dos cartões de piscina extraviados, já que a pousada não tem controle de numero de toalhas apenas do número de cartões. Me comprometi a devolver o cartao (ja localizado em um dos locais que estive) e, mesmo de posse dos meus documentos e contatos, negaram qualquer flexibilização desse procedimento . Ou seja, uma gerência totalmente sem tato no atendimento a cliente no "pós venda". Não voltarei Os simples cartões/chave de acesso ao quarto também são cobrados. Não percam nada!

Cheguei e na primeira noite não consegui dormir pois o ar condicionado fez barulho a noite inteira, como se fosse algo no dreno, reclamei na manhã seguinte, mandaram alguém da manutenção verificar porém o defeito não foi corrigido e na noite seguinte tive que dormir sem ar condicionado pois o barulho terrível no split persistia. Passei um final de semana sem dormir direito. Fui para relaxar e me estressei

Localização super privilegiada.
Café da manhã incrível.
Quarto confortável.
O único problema está no fato de não ter estacionamento em uma cidade que não possuí vagas disponíveis.
Um ponto para ser corrigido é que no site o endereço, que deve ser i oficial, leva aos fundos da pousada, onde não há uma entrada.
