Awesome villa , staffs were friendly and nice.

Been here many times and always like the hotel. The staff are very friendly too.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sherton Pranburi Resort, and we must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The resort's remote location is one of its greatest charms, as it offers a peaceful and private retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic buffet breakfast. The spread was impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the addition of fresh coconuts, which added a refreshing and tropical touch to the meal. The full board option at the resort was satisfactory. However, it's worth noting that drinks were not included, and the variety of choices for meals was somewhat limited. Nevertheless, we found the overall quality of the food to be good. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lot of food stalls just outside the hotel. This gave us the opportunity to explore and sample local cuisine, adding a bit of variety to our dining experience. Additionally, the resort's proximity to the seaside was a definite plus. We enjoyed spending time by the water, taking in the beautiful views and relaxing in the serene atmosphere.

A non professional service. Very slow both check in and check out. It is not a 5 starts resort compare with other resorts I used to stay. Room outside is not clean - full of leave on the floor. Turn down bed is not as expected like other 5 stars hotel. This resort used to be Six Sense but when Sheraton took over, they cannot maintain the room and service as it must be. Too bad…not a nice experience.

Good stay. Nice villa and affortable price. Only downside is 30 minutes car ride from town

All Staffs services are excellent ! In room pool is great n privacy is good too !

Very satisfactory hotel, the waiter has a good attitude, greets everyone with a smile, the room is very quiet, has a Bluetooth speaker, and has its own swimming pool, which perfectly reflects the quality of Sheraton. I will come again

The second stay, the staff are very nice, but always in the summer, there will be more mosquitoes, BB's head only did not spray mosquito repellent, the result of biting four or five small packets 😅 hotel staff has immediately brought a few mosquito incense over , enjoy nature ; Also want to have a little advice, hotel bicycles are really old and  wheel leaks,  brakes are basically all broken,  have to stop with their own feet,  not in line with five stars The facilities provided by the 10-class brand, hopefully can be replaced, always in addition to the appearance, more safety hazards. I would also like to praise the service attitude of the staff, especially the manager kk, friendly and efficient, this is also one of the main factors we chose to stay again. 

The overall environment is old, and the food choices are not many, and it is quite ordinary

A resort hotel worth staying in, with a high cost-effectiveness. Stay at Six Senses at the price of Sheraton. Haha! My husband is a Marriott ambassador, and we upgraded to a two-bedroom suite for free. The work and service attitude are very good, and the room is very beautiful! The only drawback is that there is no private beach and the breakfast is average.
