A reviewer praised the hotel's location, large rooms, and friendly reception staff. Also experienced that the room was extremely neat and clean and well-equipped with water bottles, glasses, and a toilet kit. Every bengali dish is so delicious especially the veg thali. The entire hospitality was superb by the hotel staff from check in to check out. Good option to stay on a weekend trip.

Food & services are very bad. Food price are too high. New property are looking good but old property room are not good. It have no balcony

Very beautiful and nice resort. The staff behavior was also very good. They were very polite and sweet towards the guest. The taste of the food was awesome. Highly recommend

Located at outskirts of main area with narrow and bad approach road, rooms are over priced in comparison to similar properties in main or prime location. Limited breakfast options that too over priced considering the quality/quantity. Only attraction of this property is the swimming pool.

The holiday location is good. The ground staff are well mannered. The room was clean and the bathroom was average. Food quantity is excellent.

1) no exhaust at toilet ( room no. 205)
2) no towel given inspite of my request. 3) they can't allow to keep their thermo flask inside the room. Rather they're instructed to pour the tea in the cup. 4) last of all, price of food or beverages are very costly compared to the standard.
