We spent 3 nights at the family hotel (2 rooms) and noted many defects and shortcomings. Excellent accueil! La Résidence est très bien placée, à 2 pas du centre-ville, du Lac de Divonne, et à quelques kms des pistes... Le personnel est d'une gentillesse... les espaces communs, les appartements sont très propres. Nous avions un duplex, literie excellente (très important...)! Les petits - : la SDB est exigue et a besoin d'être rénovée, il manque un petit four dans la cuisine... Mais ce sont des détails...

If you are a lover of Art Deco, this hotel is one of the best examples I have ever seen. Social distancing, not a problem!! This Resort hotel provides sweeping, large rooms and hallways. The Lobby/Social area is a MUST SEE!!! This top class hotel has everything! World class breakfast (perfect for Americans!) with large comfortable armchairs. If you prefer to dine outside, there are plentiful, elegant tables with white table clothes. A large outdoor pool with a diving platform, smaller pool area for children, plenty of chaise long to relax on. There is also a golf course (36 handicap or less only) and a ******. The resort has a French and a Lebanese restaurant. The service was superb!

Hotel ideally located if you want to discover Divone, and its surroundings, a few minutes from Switzerland, and lakes (Annecy, Geneva,Divone...) We stayed there during a wedding, from our first contact (telephone) current passed .... very arranged, friendly, always ready to make service Copy breakfast, very clean room, close to the city center: restaurants, sunday market, walk ..... All briefly to spend a good time ..... We recommend it to you, without reservation

I'd been right here. I'm now mid-50 but I can tell you that I never saw a dirty tape floor before. It was black, brown, bright brown-ach something just foolish. After all these horrors we arrived in the room. Well. Don't expect anything, then you can't be disappointed. The only thing I can consider here is that the bed and towels were clean.
