I had a good time at the Sure Stay Hotel. I liked how easy it was to get to nearby attractions and restaurants. But, the room had a musty smell that bothered me, and the air conditioner was noisy, which made it hard to sleep well. The location was great, but the room could have been better.

I had a good time at Sure Stay Hotel. They even let me check in early, which was great after a long journey. The first room's bathroom wasn't clean, but they quickly gave me a different room and they make sure everything was okay. The hotel offers good parking space, which was convenient for me to park my vehicle.

My booking was for 3.18 and my sister unexpectedly passed away in a tragic accident on 3.17. I called to cancel my booking and get a refund as I could not go on vacation under these circumstances … I was told I was too late to cancel. My money was not refunded. And I would be considered a no show on my booking

I stayed at the Sure Stay Hotel recently, and it was great! I noticed that the bathroom lacked essential amenities, which was disappointing. After informing the staff, they provided hand soap and tissues, which was appreciated. I'm looking forward to going back!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times within the past 2 years. Within these two years I have received great service and the professionalism at the front desk has always been superb. I recently stayed there and the service and professionalism has decreased. I noticed that Sam was no longer working at the hotel, Sam was always polite and helpful. He seemed to know how to make sure the guests stayed happy and content within their stay. The guys working the front desk now seem to have no idea what they are doing and lack in professionalism. I will not be staying at this establishment again.

I recently stayed at the Sure Stay Hotel with friends and had a great time. The breakfast was yummy with lots of choices. The hotel also has a gym. The only problem was with the hot water, but the staff fixed it quickly. I highly recommend the Sure Stay Hotel.

Sure Stay Hotel offers a comfortable stay with convenient amenities. The gym facilities were decent, although some equipment seemed outdated. The musty smell and dirty carpets in my initial room changed the bed sheets and made efforts to freshen up the room. The staff were responsive and helpful.

I recently stayed at The Sure Stay Hotel, and it was amazing! The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The rooms were nice and tidy, but unfortunately, my AC didn't work. However, the staff quickly provided me with a new room. Despite arriving late, the check-in process was easy. The elevators worked well, and I appreciated the fact that they had a gym. Overall, my experience at Sure Stay was fantastic!
