We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc.
There is a booklet provided for any extra information. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast the next morning and it was provided as advertised & described. (Delicious too!)
The night we were there we were out rather late for a show at the SunBet Arena and I'm honestly so glad we stayed here rather than any other generic place. The service was superb from all members of staff, the other guests were friendly, the food was homely, the room itself was stunning and the bath was awesome!
We will definitely be coming back here again and have already recommended it to other family members.

I stayed here for 7 weeks while completing my student teaching practical in Pretoria as I stay far away from the school. 3@Marion is truly wonderful! The guesthouse is lovely, clean and very homely. It became my home away from home for the weeks I was there. Always had coffee and tea refilled, the room was great and super comfortable. The guesthouse is central and safe, very convenient and close to many areas. Martha and Cleinkie are wonderful and super accommodating, always helpful and very welcoming. Martha put my heater on for me on a cold day while I was at work so I could come home to a warm room. They also gave me a little goodbye present at the end of my stay with hot chocolate and snacks as a thank you, which was really so thoughtful and kind. I highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Pretoria, I would definitely stay there again and look forward to it :)

The family room nr 8 are definately spacious enough for a family of 4. Kitchen seperate from rooms. Great place!! Quiet area, you can braai or go to nearby restaurants. Even cook yourself. Love the garden. Will see us again.

This is a lovely guest house. The people are so friendly. I booked for 4 people at the last minute and they still helped me. Susan was available at any time of day to answer my questions. We also arrived very late at the guest house and there was no problem. The Family Studio is ideal for a family. Thank you for the great service.
