Prenotiamo l'appartamento bilocale con 2 camere direttamente dal sito. Arrivati ci mostrano l'appartamento è capire che la porta non ha la serratura ma si chiude solamente lo scurone di legno con la chiave mi lascia un po' perplesso. Entriamo e troviamo mobili vecchi luce dei letti che penzolano e una puzza di umidità e muffa pesantissime... Il giorno seguente abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati e veniamo portati poco distanti in un appartamento meno umido del primo ma sempre con gli stessi problemi. A metà settimana visto il disagio e visto che l'umidità aveva impregnato di puzza tutta la biancheria da bagno e da letto chiediamo un cambio, ma ci viene detto che solo chi faceva più di 7 GG poteva usufruire di quel servizio dopo la prima settimana. Insistendo ci hanno cambiato solamente i teli della doccia. La zona degli appartamenti è perfetta per visitare l'isola. Gli appartamenti non sono quelli delle foto, le foto o sono di tanti anni fa o hanno usato della postproduzione come si fa su Instagram... I dipendenti di sicuro son gentili, ma devono migliorare nei servizi al cliente essendo la capitale della cultura...avendo un'isola che è una chicca dovrebbero dare degli appartamenti decenti.

L'appartamento è curato e funzionale, i bagni sono nuovi.. la posizione è ottimale per raggiungere tutte le zone dell'isola, ben collegata e con tutti i negozi nelle vicinanze.. staff super!

A cozy, bright and tidy apartment. Had all the necessary utilities for a good stay. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is the location, as most popular places are at a distance.
