The hotel is well located. However other than a very basic and small room there are no other services. Not even coffee inside the hotel. The hotel did not honor the ******* reservation, cancelling it without alerting us nor *******, and upon check in time, they asked us to do so with a new reservation directly with the hotel and at a higher price.

Very good facilities, excellent service, very friendly staff, super comfortable room, very nice pool, the only thing I didn't like was the handling of the air conditioning, since in the early morning it turned off and didn't want to turn on again, and even When we entered the room one of the staff had to help us because it didn't turn on, it worked for a while and then out of nowhere it turned off even though we had the key. Apart from that, it is a hotel that is really worth visiting and I will definitely plan to return.

The service from the reservation is very friendly, I went in low season. The room with an ocean view is excellent since the hotel is located on the boardwalk. It has a small pool and gym that is very accessible in the low season (both at no additional cost but it is better to ask as it may vary). There are no bars and/or clubs around so the night is very quiet. It is a family hotel. The best thing is that it is in front of the beach, so if you rent lounge chairs, you can go to the hotel bathroom, go up to your room if you like, without having to move or carry more things. In high season there is a lot of demand, so book early. It does not have parking, however, on the back street there is a public parking lot where you can leave your car overnight but it is charged per hour (20 pesos at that time).
