We had a generally good stay. The rooftop 200 room offers a large terrace with an idyllic setting that is worth the detour. The room and the hotel are very pleasant and well decorated. The bedding is very comfortable. Small downside for some technical details (notably a whirlpool turning on randomly, traces of wear in the toilet bowl and absence of VMC, the worn shower screen seal). The cleanliness and accommodation service are correct. Thanks to Margaux for her dynamism and involvement as well as Julien for his sense of service and his excellent advice both for discovering the beaches and the restaurants in the surrounding area. They clearly made our stay easier and more pleasant. We gave 3 stars mainly because of the restaurant and its service. Avoid room service. More than 30 minutes of waiting for breakfast and when we received our dinner tray (too big to pass through the room corridor), the waiter left it in my hands at the door saying "That's it." will go?" before turning on his heels. In addition, the meal was cold because it was not sealed and the Frito Misto was served on what looked like straw (it appeared to be grilled leeks). The other days we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast manager, beyond her non-existent welcome, provides no service and has no interest in the well-being of her customers. I didn't necessarily want to share an opinion on the networks, being a hotelier myself and knowing what this can entail, but we expected more customer relations and concern about our satisfaction during the stay, especially in a 5 star which is said said impeccable about it. In fact, no one asked us the simple question: “Did your stay go well?” Essential in my opinion... In summary, nice hotel but for a 5 star, we are a little disappointed. The user-friendliness and service reputation advertised on your site are lacking.
