Hotel fulfills every single aspect for a lovely holiday - from good food to pleasant staff and very comfortable double room to the adjacent crystal water beach. Highly recommended. Make this your next unforgettable holiday destination and enjoy the holiday of a lifetime!

We are currently at vrissaki beach ⛱ in room 220 and we've had no issues at all lovely room with a lovely view good food plenty of choice 😀 something to suite everyone,is great to eat breakfast overlooking the beach ⛱ rooms always cleaned 😊we are on HB and is ideal as she can swap dinner for lunch which is ideal if you want eat out in the evening 😀 overall we are having great hol so please don't let negative reviews put you off it's great 😀

This was by far the worst 4* AI hotel we have ever stayed at. The food was over cooked and cold. I opened the microwave to heat my food and it was filthy dirty (dried food stained inside). Only one restaurant was open at any one time, and from day 3 there was only one restaurant open which was the outside, so no option to dine inside. Paying customers were given priority, resulting in a long wait to be served drinks. The pool area was not cleaned daily, and a bag of rubbish left by other guests was left on the poolside for 3 days. When we asked for the jacuzzi to be switched on, they finally turned it on after our 3rd time asking. The water in the jacuzzi was cloudy and black flakes came out from the jets which was mould and mildew (bacteria from human skin). We had some spots appear on our skin. My sister and her husband had already flown home at this point and they too had spots which the GP said was Folliculitis (caused by using poorly maintained pools/hot tubs). Our balcony was not clean (dirty ash tray with cigarette buts on arrival and only cleaned on day 3 when I requested this to be done). The toilet seat had tissue stuffed in the hole as a stopper that was missing and the sterilised ***** fell to the back when we lifted the lid which stayed there for several days so the toilet was not being cleaned properly. The poolside toilets were filthy dirty so I used the ones near the spa inside. Overall, a very poor stay that was certainly not worth the £3800 we paid.

The location of the hotel is amazing, beautiful area of Cyprus, staff are lovely and attentive. There are however a few things that let this hotel down and put a slight negative on our stay. 1. We travelled as a family of 5, when booking (through TUI), we were told there would need to be 2 rooms which was fine. I emailed the hotel leading up to the stay a few times to ask if we could have rooms next to each other or an adjoining room, those emails were totally ignored, but when I asked if there were irons in the room, that email had a reply, I even responded to that email too asking about the room and was ignored. Absolutely fine if the request couldn't be granted, I think ignoring was not that great! it meant that at the end of the night, we had to go to different parts of the hotel and the night ended earlier as we had planned to sit on the balcony. 2. There isn't any entertainment in comparison to other hotels in the area. One night there was someone playing the saxophone for a little while whilst we had dinner and then another night there was someone playing some Greek music over dinner. Once we had dinner there was nothing at all, you could have a drink in the bar but there was no atmosphere really which was a shame as it felt like the evenings were the same and we just went to sleep in the separate parts of the hotel. I do think the hotel is missing out here. I think for the items listed above, we wouldn't return which is a shame because things could have been so different.

Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel. 8.8 - 23.8 Aug.We were AI and had 2 rooms that where cleaned daily, fresh clean towels and maid was very thorough Had the most beautiful view of pool and beach from our room. Food was was great. Lots to choose from at breakfast, lunch and supper ❤️ Pool was lovely, not over crowded and the pool bar staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Can definitely see why Mariana won in 2023, she deserves to win again. You did have to get up early to get a pool side sunbed but well worth it to see the sunrise across the sea..just stunning. Everything about this hotel is wonderful, from cleaners to the boss. Catering staff work extremely hard to present what they did...I need to go on a diet now!! I'm sure we will return. This is the second year running that we have visited this hotel, the staff are the most friendliest and remembered us from our previous visit. We were welcomed to our our room with a welcome back card from staff and a bottle wine. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and it was spotless!! You recieve a towel card for the sunbed and you can change these every other say. Spa treatment are an added extra you can purchase but are definitely worth treating yourself.

Just returned from this hotel on the 21st August, our stay was for 10 nights we enjoyed ourselves, beautiful place Cyprus and we always go to Protaras, but unfortunately we've had a mishap on leaving the hotel were we've left by accident a small plastic bag of necessary medication and a few gifts in the reception area and Ive tried to contact the hotel 3 times and no one has had the decency to reply to my email requests. Very disappointed.
