Great location, good breakfast combos, proximity to everything in the city, friendly staff and maintenance team, rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make any type of meal for 4 to 5 people. The fridge is family size. The elevator is swift and well maintained- I have been in a hotel that the elevator took for ever to travel up and down, the wait time was frustrating mostly during morning breakfast rush hours. Just so you know, breakfast is free. Parking is not free, but valet service on site. I will recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Providence. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location, in downtown providence, nice and clean, we had a two queen beds and a sofa bed, very relaxing!

It is about 10mins walk from providence train station and is easily accessible to diiferent scenery

The room is clean and spacious, with a river outside the window. Breakfast is included, free wifi, the reception is on the 2nd floor, overall it's OK, no slippers, you need to bring your own

The room is spacious, clean and well laid out. You can see the scenery across the street from the window. The breakfast buffet is average, but it is enough. The location is a 5-minute walk from the train station. Rids and Brown are not far away, but you need to climb the hill. I will choose it again next time.

Except for the indifference of a female service staff at the front desk, everything else was fine. Maybe the hotel in the small town is a bit resistant to outsiders! I don't care. I need to remind you that when depositing a credit card at the front desk, you can only use the magnetic strip of the credit card. If the chip and card can be operated, even if you enter the correct password, it will still show that the transaction is unsuccessful.

Not recommended. The attitude of the service staff is very random, the manager has a bad attitude, and will not help you solve problems. The weather is cold and there is no hot water at night. The room facilities are old. If you can avoid it, don't choose this accommodation

The hotel is relatively new in the United States. The rooms are large, larger than most hotels, and fully equipped. Cleaning is done every other day, and many locals come here with their families to spend the weekend.
