Great location, in downtown providence, nice and clean, we had a two queen beds and a sofa bed, very relaxing!

It is about 10mins walk from providence train station and is easily accessible to diiferent scenery

The hotel has good facilities, spacious rooms and excellent service. It would be perfect if bottled water and snacks could be provided

The room was OK, but the washing machine was very dirty. The key services were extremely poor. My skirt was already in the hotel. I called three times but didn’t get a solution.

Serviced apartment including American breakfast. The induction cooker and basic tableware and kitchen utensils are complete. The location is within a 10-minute walk from Brown University and Risd, and is close to the city center and the train station.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the station and Rhode Island College. The hotel is clean and hygienic. The scenery outside the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the experience is great! Will stay again next time

The room was new and clean, but no one cleaned it after staying for two nights. Later I found out that the default service is to call someone or ask the front desk for service. It is usually cleaned once every four days. Breakfast is free and relatively simple. Paid parking is convenient across the road. The hotel also has it but it is more expensive.

The price/performance ratio is very, very low. The price of cleaning is 5k for two nights. Only for long stays, cleaning will be done every five days. The shower head in the bathroom is really suffocating, and the water that comes out is not as big as the faucet. The free breakfast is very perfunctory. I feel that the conditions are really average and the facilities are very old. The advantages are that the room is large, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the location is very close to the station and risd. But the summary is that I don’t recommend this place…

Located in the city center, very convenient. Not far from Brown University. You can cook your own breakfast in the room. Not bad! I came here to send my child to college, and there are still a few years to go. I will stay here again next time.

There is a washing machine, which is convenient for long-term stay. It is almost the closest hotel to Brown and Rhode Island School of Design

This hotel is not recommended for those who need to stay in a suite. The room is very small, with a sofa bed facing the big bed, and no partition at all. The hotel service is not nice. Because I want to delay the check-out, Hilton Silver Card members do not have any delay. I must check out before 12 o'clock, otherwise it will be a day's room rate. The only thing is that it is close to Brown University. The service of Ctrip's partner hotels is still much worse than that of Ctrip's own hotels

The room was great, clean and tidy, the location was excellent, the breakfast was pretty good, and the bed was especially comfortable. The only regret was that I rented two umbrellas for a deposit of $20 just because it was raining, and then I returned the umbrellas after checking out. For some reason, a $20 fee was still charged. It was not a pre-authorization but a direct deduction. It was not refunded to the credit card account. I believe the hotel overlooked it. I hope you can help check it out.
