The service at the front desk was a bit slow. I went to check out in the morning and just returned the key, but I had to wait for a long time. The taxi I called in advance took two trips before I was allowed to return the key and check out of the room.

The hotel is just simply good for rest after a long day
Breakfast has nothing much to eat even it is a buffet
Room has no phone cannot contact concierge but must travel down to the hall if u need them
Bed quite soft and comfy for god sleep
