Hotel que se fosse 2 estrelas ninguém poderia reclamar . Mas ele não condiz em absolutamente nada de sua descrição e fotos! Tivemos dificuldade em conseguir 3 quartos com ar condicionado, os aparelhos de ar condicionado além de velhos estão sujos e precisam de manutenção. Os profissionais do hotel são bons mas o aparelho( hotel ) não ajuda . A piscina em todas as fotos parece incrível, ela é pequena , muito rasa , gelada , e faltam toalhas . O único ponto bom e inquestionável é a localização. Quartos são antigos , o nosso nem cobertor tinha , e chuveiro vasa agua do banho . TORREMAYOR.PROVIDENCIA não é um.hotel preparado para receber uma família como a nossa de 6 pessoas , que ocupamos 3 quartos por 10 noites .. sendo assim pagamos 30 noites de hotel. Não volto e nunca pretendo recomendar. Cafe da manha razoável.

Hotel super bem localizado, quartos amplos, um excelente café da manhã e uma piscina na cobertura com uma linda vista do Costanera Sky e da Cordilheira dos Andes ao fundo. Mas nada se compara com o acolhimento do Staff liderado por uma pessoa incrìvel, o Daniel. Tivemos um problema sério ele fez de tudo para nos ajudar. Realmente uma pessoa diferenciada.
