O atendimento foi sensacional. Principalmente o Daniel. Sempre amistoso, educado e prestativo.
A localização do hotel é sensacional, próximo do costanera center, restaurantes, lanchonetes e McDonald’s em frente.

Pésima experiencia, los de recepción son personas muy poco agradables, no buscan soluciones ni tienen autocrítica. Nos entregaron una habitación que al entrar no se había realizado el aseo, estaba tal cual la habían dejado los huéspedes anteriores, después nos dieron otra habitación al subir al piso 7, no funcionaba la tarjeta, nunca pidieron disculpas por el tiempo perdido o por su mala gestión. El aseo en el hotel es poco prolijo. El desayuno no tiene productos de panadería frescos, lo único positivo es que queda en pleno centro, pero sin dudas no volvería jamás y espero no lo hagas porque me hubiera encantado que alguien me hubiera dicho esto antes de pagar casi $200.000 por dos noches.

Hotel bom, limpo, atendimento ótimo e fica bem localizado. Possui café da manhã simples porém gostoso, camas confortáveis e chuveiro excelente. Os recepcionistas Cristian e Daniel foram excelentes, prestativos e se esforçaram para nos atender em tudo.

O pior hotel que fiquei em toda a minha vida!! Quarto alagado, falta de toalhas, atendentes mal educados. Café da manhã sem nenhum tipo de variação…. Hotel pega turista.. o unico ponto positivo seria a proximidade do Costanera center. Região perigosa
