Absolutely terrible wifi/internet. Let's you connect but simply does not work. In 2024 this is completely unacceptable, it's mandatory that there is working internet. The rest of any review is irrelevant, it would be like writing a review about a hotel without any air.

This hotel has little to recommend it. First the good news - the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rest is bad news. There were no towels or bath mats in the room when we arrived. The a/c was pathetic, and Santiago is in the middle of a heatwave. The rooms get a lot of street noise, even on the 7th floor. The breakfast is mediocre - only the lady who cooks the omelettes knew how to smile. The whole facility looks tired and decaying - avoid this hotel.

The lobby and outside of this hotel looked nice. However, when we got to our room, we were very disappointed. The room was old and dated, especially the carpet. We were glad we brought flip flops to walk around in. The shower had mildew, especially on the fixtures. We were on the second floor. Not sure if the higher floors were nicer. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, and sights. The breakfast was another good thing about this hotel. It had a great variety of hot and cold items. It sustained us for much of the day. Other than the location and breakfast, I would recommend trying a different hotel until this property goes through a major renovation.

Great location . Near restaurants, cafes , grocery stores , shopping and transportation. Had to change rooms due to cleanliness. Front desk personnel helpful and accommodating. Continental breakfast was unappetizing.

First of all: the best thing about this hotel are its staff: Daniel, Katy at reception and Luis (hotel driver) are people who are always available to help and make your stay more pleasant. If you want to go on your trips without any problems, hire Luis, he speaks Portuguese and takes you to any trip in a spacious van (he transfers you to the airport/hotel, Neve, Concha y Toro, Viña del Mar and Val Paraiso, books restaurants for you) , oh and it accepts payment in reais or Chilean pesos (cash). Positive points: location of the hotel is perfect, everything is close by (Costanera Sky within walking distance, metro at the door, gyms, McDonalds, supermarket, bars, restaurants for every budget). The rooms are spacious, new bed and linen, spacious bathroom and hot shower. Breakfast caters well to Brazilian tastes (coffee, fruit, yogurt, bread, eggs, cheese, ham, bacon), there is a place on the third floor where you can work if necessary and also a bar. Negative point: there is no restaurant service (lunch and dinner), the windows are not insulated and you may be bothered by traffic noise if you are a light sleeper. And as a last general tip for Santiago: use Uber or Cabify, don't take a taxi. Taxi you will have a headache.

Hello! Last year, in August 2023, I stayed with you and I want to thank you very much for all the attention. I especially want to highlight the attention of Daniel, who was very kind and helped us enormously with everything we needed during our stay.

I haven't even gotten to stay yet. Worse, I made a type of reservation without a refund. I called to ask a question and received very poor service. The receptionist was very rude, didn't answer what I needed to know and hung up on me.

Excellent treatment from all employees Daniel a crack! The long-haired night shift guy is fighting with him 🌎! Maybe that's why he stays at night so he doesn't see anyone. Alfredo from maintenance another genius!!! The exquisite rooftop and pool should be opened at night so you can dine and get some fresh air there. The only detail was the air conditioning that was not good and made a lake in the room but in reality 0 stress!!! Super recommended and above all the location. The breakfast guys were excellent and the atmosphere and security 10 points!!!

I arrived at the hotel and when I received a smile from Daniel, all the tiredness of the trip went away. As I am traveling with 2 aunts, Daniel helped me taxi to the hotel with an amazing person. Then she had problems with information about a walk in the vineyard and Daniel again arranged everything to make that walk incredible and Erika was very kind and quick to attend to all our requests!!! I recommend that hotel for its location and service.
